    Last evening my granddaughter was served at Wendys in Abington, MA. Later in the evening some disparaging remarks were made regarding the event. Obviously they were a result of high school experience in the past. The remarks were made by the server, Sarah Campbell. When my daughter confronted the manager today, she indicated that she didn’t know how to handle the situation, because she has only been on the job a little over a week. Permitting disparaging remarks on the internet by employees is reprehensible and inexcusable. If this is Wendys culture then my wife and I, who travel extensively, will never again stop at a Wendys as we have in the past. I believe appropriate action is in order to stop this type of behavior.
