    We are having trouble getting in touch with Corporate. We are long time Chevrolet family. Two Equinoxes have broken air conditioning at lower mileage. The first one was a little higher, but this one only has 56,000 miles. Not acceptable. We may not be a Chevy family anymore.

    Would you please tell Casey’s Frontier Chevrolet in Livingston, TN to please stop sending me emails and trying to get me to buy a car from them. I’ve asked them repeatedly to stop, but they continue doing so.

    Several months ago, they ran a bogus contest. The flyer said I won $1,000, but when I got to the dealer, they switched the winning numbers on their ‘board’ to say I only won $5. If I can’t trust them to have integrity in their contests, then I can’t trust them to buy a car from them. I already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. (I knew the contest was probably bogus, but drove all the way up there just in case the dealer was an honest dealer. I was wrong.)

    I know I could just mark their emails as spam, but it’s the principle of the issue.

    Your help would be appreciated.

    My experience with one of your dealers located at 200 Renaissance Boulevard Lawrence, NJ 08648 was unsatisfactory. Frank, the manager, and Jordan, the representative, were the individuals I spoke with. I drove two hours to get there and returned the following day to pick up the vehicle. It costs me 1,000 to hold the vehicle for a week. In my case, the car had arrived five days earlier than I had been informed, which made it convenient for me. Over the past five months, I have searched and waited for this vehicle. As part of the Trax chase your dream video, I submitted a video to see if I was selected. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the program. In the event that I would need to pick up the car on the day of the pick up, everything was fine with the exception that some numbers gave me the highest rate after seeing my request they magically said they would work with some numbers. As a result of their APR calculation, I agree with them. When I went to leave with the car I had problems with my insurance. I explained to them legally I have a week before they sold the car to someone else. They were forcing me to sign some paper agreement like if I bought the car. I said no cause it didn’t sound legit. I broke down crying they told me they would hold the car till Thursday. I resolve my issue with the insurance call to pick up the car tomorrow. The manager told me they already had sold the vehicle to someone else with all my information was log in the app to that car. This is really frustrating and discourages to do bussissnes. It makes Chevrolet untrusty and unworthyy.

    I am shopping for a car now. I paid over 20 thousand for my equinox in 2006. Been a great one. Just payed 900 dollars for a mechanic to tell me when one runs hot it’s hard to fix them. I will never buy another Chevy. I stood by your company until now. This car cost more than the home my parents built years ago. Very disappointed in your name brand

    Will we ever see a mini-pickup? The Colorado is the size of a big truck. Something like the Luv. Small & cheap to operate. Some ground clearance. 4WD available. 200 HP is plenty & could do with less. Standard cab. Short enough to turn around in the woods.

    Whatever happened to customer service. I have purchased Chevrolet truck almost all my life and and a loyal customer. I currently have two trucks one 2021 GMC Sierra that I just bought last year. The other is a 2017 2500 High-country Diesel. The high country has a recall of some sort. I took it back to the Chevrolet dealership in Pharr Texas. As I walked in there was no acknowledgement, I was rudely asked questions, unprofessional and sarcastically told I needed an appointment because they supposedly did not have time. I just couldn’t believe it. I walked out and ate it. My 2021 GMC Sierra is now having issues with the possibility of being the power steering pump. Took it to dealership and was told they too don’t have time and won’t be able diagnose anything for 48 hours. Wow that is ridicouless’. I called the dealership where I purchased it and the lady that answered in Lewisville stated to me that I did not have an appointment and that I needed an appointment because I did not have one. I asked her what would happened if my vehicle breakdowns in the middle of the road and I have to call a tow truck. She stated call a tow truck and have them bring it in. Very disappointing.

      I feel your pain. I say the same thing about what happened to good customer service. The salesperson only cares about the sale of the vehicle. I had the finance director call me up and talk rudely to me. Also, he sent me a text message and stated for me to send it ASAP. When I had already said, I was at work and would be sending it to him when I get a break. I will not be dealing with this dealership or buying a vehicle from them ever.

    I am writing you today because I am a 42-year-old disabled male with CP. I’m looking for a little help from your company. In 1999 I received a Ford E150 with a lift from the Department of rehab. Who would have known by now my car was falling apart, and I am in desperate need of a new van . My finances come from SSI so if you can find something for me with a minimum payment that would be great. I am a guy that loves to be out in the sun but humble enough to go to church every Sunday and Wednesday. I also have a lot of doctor appointments due to disability. I love to go out to a lot of places but I can’t because my car has been broke for a while I have 2 wheelchair and that’s why I need a van for the space on most days I utilize them both so I have to take them both in my van. I will be grateful if you have a donor that can donate a van to me or if you have a van for low monthly payment and I’ll be willing to make those payments thank you so much for understanding.

    I want a new car or a refund The car I purchased has been inoperable since I bought it March 20. In the service department 4 times. Now 5th time with same problem. Engine light, ABS, ESC, traction control. All kinds of lights. I have not been able to drive it since I got it.

      I would like some answer from the cooperate level. I have a 2020 2500 HD under warranty and my water pump is out. I called Auto Nation Chevy east location in Amarillo TX were I purchased the truck. I’m being told that they can’t get the water pump and will not give me a loaner Vehicle unless I pay out of pocket. I called back to get someone to make it right. The only answer I get is call this person or that person basically going in circles on the phone. Please let me know what I need to do since I use the vehicle for work. I have never received a call back with any answer. The salesman won’t answer and can’t talk to any of the managers.

    , I tried to buy a brand new corvette Z06, I must have called 25 dealerships from New York to Delaware to order a brand new corvette, every dealership I called, laughed, said good luck, not possible, over 5000 people waiting list, wow why even bother to even try wasting my time on the phone, ready to buy , but no possible way to even get on a list, I have 2009 , GT500 super snake , I’m the original owner, 2009 gt500 nascar pace car white with white interior, 2021 Porsche Cayenne, I am original owner, 2019 Porsche GT3 rs Winessack package, 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP 5000 miles, 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, I just can believe I can even buy a mid engine Corvette, I had a lot of Chevy vehicles over the years, but I forced to just buy a different car, what a joke to even think that I can buy another Chevrolet car, I called the Porsche dealership, for a turbo Porsche, I have to wait until February, but it probably going to happen, would have like to buy a corvette, but I guess it’s not going to happen , what a let down 🙁

    To whom ever it made concern, My name is Derrick watson and I had a incident at one of your Chevrolet dealership site in Mt Kisco Chevrolet 175 North Bedford Rd. today. I went there to purchase a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD C- TRAIL BOSS ( VIN- 1GCPYCEKONZ112896 ) I put a down payment for that vehicle. The dealer I was dealing with ( Shane Williams ) told me the vehicle supposed to be in November 9th, to November 11th. It’s coming from New Jersey. He will contact me. So a week went by and he didn’t call me or contact me. I’ll wait until November 20th, then I went up to Mount Kisco Chevrolet to see if the vehicle came in and what happened why you haven’t contacting me. He say it was sold and it’s was out of his hands. He went to talk to management and it was say, we will contacted you. I feel and thought that was so irresponsible and unprofessional. So he went back into the office to talk to management came out and they told me they couldn’t do anything and they’re sorry. They don’t know what happened with the transaction of the vehicle that I want to purchase. Ask him how long would it take for another the 2022 Silverado will be in. He say just given him time. I supposed to drive to see my mother for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was banking on this vehicle. I put a down payment on this vehicle. I’m so upset and I have a disability and I’am on oxygen so it’s is hard for me to get up to the dealer. I really feel that I need to email you and let you know about your Chevrolet office in Mt.     Hello my name is Sahara and I used to have a 2013 Chevy Malibu. I’m a single mother of 3 and I depended on my Malibu for taking my kids to and from school, cheerleading practice, Cadet Corps meetings, doctor appointments, even late night trips to the emergency room if one of my kids was sick. But one day my transmission went out and I could not afford to fix it. The COVID 19 PANDEMIC left me unemployed and I am now behind on some bills. I need a car to get to work. I need a car to be able to take my kids to school. I don’t understand why my cars transmission just went out like that? It was a 2013 so it wasn’t very old. I took really good care of it, I was especially proud because I had just finished paying for it. I heard that some companies have a donation program where they donate a car to a needy family every year. Does Chevrolet have a donation program? Thank you for your time.

    My 2017 Colorado has a faulty fill neck and fill neck hosing. I have been 2 three dealers and they all gave different quotes. Nonsense. This issue is a safety issue and broke on its own and the dealership is refusing to fix it. Quotes have been from $865-$702 all the way to $641 insane the inaccuracy. I contacted Chevy direct and they said they would cover $81 what a joke. We have been loyal customers for years and this is how they offer help on a part that broke because they said well parts break! I am contacting an attorney because this is a safety issue.     Thanks for the customer support don’t buy a Chevy they actually don’t care about their customers!
