I had a horrible experience at Aloft in Overland Park, Kansas yesterday. I pulled back the bed covers and there was 2 huge spots of blood. The girl at the front desk did move us, but I will not stay there again. Please contact me.

Hello, I am emailing to let you know about the terrible experience I had at the Aloft in Charleston. I made an reservation for 4 rooms. Your staff advised that no rooms were available when we arrived at the location. They said housekeeping did not show up and they didn’t have any clean rooms. They also said they couldn’t find another hotel in the area that had 4 rooms available. As a result, we had no where to stay after traveling 3 hours. I eventually found 4 rooms after 3 hours of waiting your establishment. We were not able to find another room until 8:30pm. Our vacation was ruined. Someone could have called and told us before we arrived. There was only one person working and she couldn’t handle the large crowd in your lobby. This was very unprofessional. I will never stay at your establishment again. I will also let everyone know about this experience on social media.
