Hello: I use the CVS # 3986 8400 Firestone Blvd. in Downey Ca. 90241. There are two pharmacist one Indian and the other Asian. Both are very nice and accommodating. They had the Moderna Vaccine which has fewer side effects than Pfizer. My PCP favors this store over the CVS 8008 Firestone Blvd. Downey Ca. 90241.
The pharmacists at store # 3986 are people friendly and always made one feel relaxed.
Sadly I hear that #3986 lease is up and will be closing around May 23rd 2023. Nobody is happy with this event.
You should close store on 8005 Firestone Blvd. Downey Ca. 90241 because they are very rude and I will change to
another pharmacy.

I want to know if there is a store policy that say a controlled substance prescription can’t be paid for by cash. I Went to the CVS in Target to pick up my sleep meds. 1 I was told it was on hold @ another store the only way to get it was to go to the other store ask them to release it. I DID. 2 i went back to CVS @ Target where I was told I could not pay cash. 3 finally after the Pharmacist told me she would review my records and get back to me, I was told it wasn’t in stock. I can call on Monday. THIS IS THE WORST OF WORST CAN I HAVE A COPY OF THAT POLICY because I should have the option to pay however I wish.
#1 about 2 weeks ago I went into CVS in Maynard MA expecting to find the Minute clinic but it was no longer there.I had occasion to visit the pharmacy today and noticed that all the Minute clinic signs are still up.
#2 I went into the CVS pharmacy on 9/11 to pick up a prescription that my MD called in.(RX#1942518) and was told that they could only partially fill the order.They told me to check back Mon.as it was back ordered.When I phoned on Mon.the recording said it would be ready at 4:44 pm.When
I got there I was told they didn’t have it and didn’t know when it would be available.The pharmacist phoned my MD and got permission to use a different medication.Not happy with CVS.
Am very proud of our local CVS (Breckenridge, TX) Have always had superior service. I am not complaining about your employees. I am saying “SHAME” to your company. was in store yesterday to pick up prescriptions and ONE pharmicist was trying to service ALL customers by herself . NO help whatsoever. your drug people work hard to get education and training to take care of YOUR customers. Please help your people be able to do their jobs
