Hello Carolyn,
I’m just reaching out to let it be known that due to lack of direct or clear timely communications from the hiring/management team at your
7160 E 86th Street, Indianapolis Indiana 46256(Castleton) location I am no longer able to consider this company as a suitable candidate for my gainful employment needs at this time. I attended orientation on November 3rd and was told that I would be texted by ups team the following Tuesday Nov 7th between 7am-7:730am for meet up location to begin the seasonal driver helper position. But I was not given any direct contact information for any of my team members, furthermore I did not receive any communication at all what so ever or any text message or call for meeting a driver until yesterday Nov 14th at 9:10am; in regards to that and the lack of communication from any of your employees I was not expecting a text message 7 days later than what I had previously been told. I hope they can rectify the communication issues.
Sincerely,
Jess
We shipped a large printed poster in a tube to our customer. A month later, we receive a DAMAGE/LOSS NOTIFICATION that the “package described above was damaged. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. The parcel was found empty and the carton was discarded.” REALLY??? The poster, when placed in the tube, rolled towards the walls of the tube. This would make it a bit hard to see the poster inside the tube. Does UPS really think we shipped an empty tube? Seriously?
Then when I go to place a Claim on the UPS website, it wants me to send a photo of the damaged carton. How in the heck am I suppose to send a photo if UPS discarded it? I tried calling the 1-800 number and the automated computer would never allow me to speak with anyone.
If a representative from UPS would like to call us about this shipment, I would gladly talk with you. I have emailed you from our account and because of service like this, we rarely ship any of our jobs through UPS.
I have worked for UPS since May 19 1986. When I started, honesty, integrity, professionalism meant something. In October 2018 the Vermont Feeder Department got a new Supervisor Travis Ingraham. He started threatening me with my job over an incident that happened with my previous boss. A month later I was suspended without pay and benefits over lies and retaliation. I finally had enough when this year I tried to get away from his constant denying my seniority. I bid a 22-3 retirement job to spend my last 2 years before retirement. He denied that as well and told me I could go to the job but that he could call me back at any time. I decided to retire. I suffered through this humiliation, intimidation, retaliation, unprofessional behavior with no help from anyone at UPS or the union. I was told by Travis Ingraham & Terri Churchill that I had December 23 2022 off. I had 1 more optional day left Travis told Terri not to pay me for it.I lost 10 weeks of pay ,benefits not mention the emotional stress to force me to retire before I want to. I’m am so disappointed in UPS ,the company that I had been so proud to spend so many years working hard for. I have always tried to do the right thing, I’m not perfect but have tried to stand up for myself. Bullies like Travis don’t appreciate this so he retaliates and as long as he is not held accountable will continue this childish behavior of continually blemish the UPS reputation!

Greetings, I just have a question about your interview process. Is it custom for your company ti schedule interviews at 3 in the am and also accommodate the workers with transportation to make it to a location outside of their residential area for the interview as well as consistently for scheduled shifts once hired? I have a 19 year old daughter that has applied and was presented with this scenario and it raised my eyebrow; there’s quite too much malice going on in this here world. I’m just trying to make certain that she is not going to be kidnapped or worst while just trying to get a job. Thank you much, in advance!
I feel the need to be responsible in informing UPS HQ of a dangerous experience I had trying to locale your main Los Angeles shipping center and Customer Service Center said to be at: 1800 N. Main St Los Angeles, Ca. 90031. —
First off, when my phone said I was arrived to the address, there was no UPS signs or access points accept for this unknown container yard. So I kept driving looking right for building addresses when I realized I was now at 2000 block. So I had to turn around and go back past this unknown facility and turn down Clover St. And although there was an access gate, it was for outgoing shipping containers only, but behind that truck up on the wall was the UPS logo. Good I’m warm. So I went further down that street and it dead ended.
Next, I decided to try the other side of the yard, which would be on Moulton St. After about ¼ mile down on Moulton I was losing hope when saw what looked like another dead end. But there was a drive way leading somewhere so I’ll take my chances and bingo, there it was.
The danger came because I was looking and looking and I didn’t see a person running a stop sign at Moulton and I almost hit him. And of course, he flips me off to add to his stupidity.
So please please, right from where you are sitting, Google where your 1800 N Main address is in relationship to the Customer Service Center, which actually feels like its off the map. The customer service center (by itself) needs to be re-addressed to Moulton St #. This way any phone can easily find it. Thanks and Happy Holidays. robertblahnik@yahoo.com
Has your company lost all respect for America and the American people? Now you want to be able to examine Federal Firearms retailer’s customer records? You have no business knowing if I have exercised my 2nd amendment RIGHT and purchased a firearm or not. Firearms are legal. The purchase of one by most Americans is legal. Even online firearms purchases still have to go through a federal background check. Just exactly what are you looking for? Are you going to want customer information on knives next? How about yoga pants or coffee makers. Are you going to collect that customer information too? Stop being so anti-American! Until you change this and your other anti- 2nd amendment policies, I will do my best to avoid your company. You do indeed have competition. You might do your company a favor and realize it’s not the only game in town.
UPS has gotten so sorry I would not even recommend them to my dog, if it could ship a package. Have spent two days trying to get my package that was supposed to be a 2 day air package. It left Saturday from their office in Indiana and arrived Monday in Kentucky instead of Georgia where was supposed to be at. So waited all day Monday for it. Now remember got the the email the nineth package was arriving on Monday the 10th. Then on Tuesday the driver supposedly tried delivering it at 11:15am while gone to doctor appointment and wife was at work. Then I tried calling customer service and the system kept giving me the run around about connecting with a person as well as hanging up on me. When I finally got through to someone, they put me on hold and supposedly called the local office and said the driver would be delivering it later in the afternoon. Well here it is Wednesday morning and still no package yet. Then after fighting with the system again get a manager and supervisor that wants to deny everything and hangs up the call on me. Try calling headquarter in Atlanta, Georgia only to get the computer system that refuses to get a real person on the phone.
Our company is a customer. After a visit from one of your representatives and the discount she gave us. We changed our incoming and outgoing whenever possible to UPS. The drivers we had at the beginning, were great we knew them by name and they knew us and times our shop held. Then things have changed.
We ship using you all internationally all the time! Recently we sent a package out, ship to China, high value. Year or so we were told one was initiated and on our account. The individuals (account representative, Worldwide Forwarding, and a few other) seem to not know about high value form that needs to be filled out. In fact the email I last sent there has been no reply as to any help at all.
International Shipment Resolution-were very helpful and just sent it to me. Remind you I am the customer.
I need to ship this box to China to a scientist so they can continue a joint climate campaign. This is going on 2.5 weeks now. Where is the customer help here?
Question now-do I change to FedeX I prefer not to.
ups lost my package and put it at the wrong door and here we are two weeks later still no update or refund. why do I have to wait for my refund when they lost my package. I spoke with corporate today and the lady I spoke with was so rude she didn’t even try to listen to my story she cut me off and automatically said she cant help me and transferred me back to customer service who was also no help at all.
I been getting the run around with UPS since April. My package was lost for two week, I had to full out paper to cover what was lost. Then they said the found the package, get this they sent it back to me instead of sending it to the receiver, therefor I had to resend. UPS said for all the trouble they will send a refund to the UPS I sent it from with in 48 hr, this is since April. I contact Staple UPS no Check. Then I call UPS they said the check was mail on 5/4/22 but get this they send it to a different City. This company is Unbelievable. Now I’m waiting for some one to call me today to see what they going to do. I’m done with UPS I will use a different company moving forward.

Hello. I have yet to be paid for hours I worked on 10/5 and 10/6/ 2021 at the Forest Park Hub in Forest Park, Ga. I contacted my supervisor Mrs. Barbara 404-608-2018, on 330am-9a M-F Shift. I also contacted the manager, Joe Pharr , 678-977-4899 and human resources Kwanda Wallace 470-650-1119, three times regarding this matter. I was to switch positions from pre-loader to PVD driver as I have driven before in 2020-2021. Joe advised he would check on matter and get me paid and place me inactive so I could reapply for PVD position. Yet they paid for 10/4/2021 but not 10/5 and 10/6/2021.
Good luck with UPS these days. I have packages going lost every month now and missing COD checks. UPS is just a vicious cycle of people who apologize but actually get nothing done.
