When did UPS move to the Philippines?

Customer Service will not allow communication with a U.S. employee. Employees in the Philippines are deceptive about their location in a foreign country and will not transfer calls to the U.S.

It appears that UPS is an Anti-American company.

ups driver hung 3 separate packages on my gate and my dogs tore then all up. I had indicated that the packages delivered should be hung on the putside of the gate, but they continue to hang them on the inside. what the hell is going on,I have tracking numbers. I have called several ups places and I keep getting jerked around – numbers I keep getting don’t even pretain to the help I need. I need someone to call me – 803-553-7497. This situation is pissing me off and I want someone who call help call me and get this issue resolved.

I’ve been getting packages here at my house for years. All of a sudden they keep telling me they can’t get in my driveway? Called but all they can say is that the driver said they couldn’t get to my door or in my driveway! That’s just unbelievable! I’ve been here both days they were supposed to deliver here! If you can’t get in driveway then you need a new driver! I got my mail, and a package from Amazon on my porch the same day they said they couldn’t get it to me! If your drivers have a problem just pull up front and blow the horn I would come out and get it. This is very bad business! If the mail person, Amazon, and even FedEx went down our road but y’all couldn’t? This is really inconvenient and uncalled for! What kind of business just all the sudden decided that they want deliver to a place that they have always delivered to! They probably brought 10 packages here during Christmas, every year! I don’t drive so this is really a problem for me since I depended on these deliveries. Want except this because I already said this? I couldn’t tell because I keep getting same runaround and no answer that makes sense! Tired of y’all telling me the driver said he couldn’t get to door! Are there any real people out there that really want to check this out? Where is it then? Not on comments section.

UPS should be closed and not allowed to do business in the US! It is not worth my time to engage further. Your Landover drivers are pathetic and lazy. Package supposedly delivered this morning and I was in my home! Driver made not attempt to dial my property. Contacted customer service at 10:50 am and was advised a supervisor would call me back within the hour and the driver would be returning. Received call from Leslie, supposed supervisor, at 4:30pm, that has customer service skills of a rock!!

I attempted to call Corporate an was ultimately routed back to customer service center and disconnected. I would not spend a dime with UPS !!!!

The driver just returned to deliver the package and dailed my unit and had the audacity to tell me the keypad that he just called me on didn’t work!! Liar.

    SUBJECT: Possible Fraud/theft

    UPS Tracking # 1Z872090P217139176

    Sirs:

I ordered $115 of Omaha Steaks delivered via UPS to my son-in-law in Parker, CO, and daily tracked the package. When this morning your tracking stated the package was delivered on 12/4/18 @ 3:17 p.m. and left with “Met customer woman”, I was quite curious since I had not put an apt number on the package because I wanted it delivered to the apt complex office. I stated “leave at apt complex office” instead of putting the apt number on the address. I was furth curious because my recipient is a single male – there is no woman at that apt.

So, I called UPS Customer Service and spoke with “JONAH”, who stated that the package was left at Apt 215 by the driver. He had no answer when I asked why the package was left at Apt 215 since that number was nowhere on the package and the package address specifically referred to “leave at apt complex office”.

Why your driver would deliver the package to Apt 215 as he/she did instead of asking the office what the proper apt # was or leaving the package at the office, as instructed, or leaving an “undeliverable note” for my son-in-law, Jonah had no idea to offer other that “we give the drivers leeway”.

He told me to contact Omaha Steaks and get a new package sent since “we (UPS) are liable for this” error. I did, in fact, contact Omaha Steaks and am getting a new package of steaks delivered.

BUT, there is a bigger concern here. There was theft involved here. I contend there is no logical reason for your driver to do what he/she did, nor is it logical for this woman to claim she is the customer and accept the package with a name that is not her’s on the package. This is not a matter of a neighbor accepting a package for a friend, since the apts are not close. My son-in-law’s apt is nowhere near Apt 215, nor does he know anyone in Apt 215. Once again, no Apt # was listed on the package.

There is enough information here to properly ID whom the package should be delivered to, yet no-one seems interested.

At the very least I suspect your driver of fraud and/or theft. This woman in Apt 215 (if there actually was one) may be an accomplice. I say this because Omaha Steaks does not seem interested in following up on this incident – they are just replacing the package contents. JONAH also was not interested in pursuing this – he did not suggest that I refer this to your fraud department, or offer any such action. At the very least Apt 215 is enjoying $115 worth of steaks they neither ordered nor paid for. Perhaps they are aware of Omaha Steaks policy of not pursuing delivery “errors”. Some would say $115 is not a “big deal”. As a one-time item, that is correct. But if this is an ongoing scam, it is a big deal, particularly during this holiday season.

It is also disturbing and annoying to me as a customer of Omaha Steaks and also through them, UPS. This does not reflect well on either company.

    Sincerely,
