Amazon has been going downhill like crazy lately! I’ve never had so many issues with a company before until this past month with Amazon. They’re holding my returns for over $100 that I’m STILL waiting to get refunded, a month later. And their employers are rude and don’t care to help. All I get is “if you don’t get your refund by December 27, then come back and talk to us” when I’ve returned the items in October! Whenever I call, I get such RUDE employees including your nasty rude “managers” smacking their mouth talking rudely to me over the phone saying they can’t do anything.
So be careful with what you buy people because if you don’t like it, or if it doesn’t fit and you need to return it. You’re going to have to wait 3 MONTHS for your refund!!!!! and if you don’t get it after that 3rd month, they say “come back and let us know and we will investigate” so not even promising you’ll get your money back!

I have ordered new graphics card on Amazon. The package I received contained a completely different graphics card, on top of that it had signs of usage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. The mailing box was sealed without any signs of being opened, however the box of the graphics card itself came without any safety wrap or seals.
After that I have left a review of the product on Amazon and attached photos of the used graphics card. Then I contacted customer service and followed their instructions. They told me to send the graphics card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the graphics card I was told that I won’t get the money back because it was a different card. However, I don’t have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I’ve returned was disposed.
Our family are regular customers at Amazon. Out of all the purchases we haven’t returned anything except this graphics card.
Customer service can’t help me. No money, no graphics card.
. The second order I tried to place for delivery was a nightmare. The card I have used to pay for just about all of my Walmart purchases is now considered suspicious and flagged. I called my bank prior to calling the nightmare customer service call center based in Columbia. My bank advised me that they did not flag the account for suspicious activity. I then call Walmart’s customer service number. I spoke with a rep that I could barely understand due to the language barrier between us. I tried at first to explain to her that I wasn’t fully understanding her. I asked to speak with someone else that I could possibly understand better. That request was of course was denied. The rep tried at first to tell me it was my bank who flagged the payment. When I advised her that was not the case I received a story that I really had an issue following due to the language barrier between us. I asked her to connect me to a manager and advised
