    Extremely disappointed in how poor Amazon customer service has become. I ordered 1 item on Aug 12, and it was delivered to a shipping agent in Memphis Tx on the evening of Aug 12. It is now Aug 26 and still no delivery… and I live 190 miles from Memphis… there is no reason for 1 case to sit in Memphis for 13 days to be delivered to a home address 190 miles away. I contacted Amazon and the person told me they would send an email to the shipper (I’ve already sent two emails and no response) and said he would get back to me in 48 hours… that is no help… I’ve already waited 13 days and now I’m suppose to wait another 2 days to see what the problem is??? Extremely poor customer service and I’m a Prime member to boot.

    This is the worst experience of my life. I certainly wish I would have read these reviews before I tried to order equipment for an important job. I absolutely hate what I’m going threw right now. $1000 worth of camera equipment. No product and I was Robbed of my money. I even went to the store and purchased the gift cards with cash. I HAVE MY CASH RECEIPT. I sent it to them and I’m still waiting on a response. I just want my money.

    I have been trying for months to get a refund for merchandise returned on February 26, 2020 UPS parcel return service number 9202 3963 4347 2836 6966 06. I have spoken to the UPS store. They said I should contact Amazon. I have done that 5 times. The last time I thought the problem, was resolved through your on line chat representative. He assured me, in our 5/26 conversation, a refund of $177.59 would be issued to my Bank of America account ending in 1933. It is now June 13th. I have been checking my account and there has been no refund. If I go to your website (where is buy hundreds of dollars in products) the purchase is there but no indication of the refund.

    I think I have been more than patient and reasonable. I want my refund or I will be forced to close my Prime account and credit card accounts with you and discontinue buying things from Amazon. I feel greatly disappointed at this possibility as I have been a loyal customer for years.

    Please refund $177.59 to my Band of America account ending in 1933 no later than June 20th.

    A disappoint customer.

    Amazon came out at the beginning of the covid-19 promising they would not allow price gauging they received billions of dollars in free press from that statement. I own a small business that clean medical clinics for our local hospital I also have a Business account from Amazon which I will not renew after this. Just one of the items I purchased through amazon were nitrile gloves I could get a box for $7.99 a box of quality gloves and a discount if I bought in bulk which I did. If you want the same product today it will cost you between $28.99 and $38.99 a box sounds like price gauging. I’ve made several attempts and spent at least 2 hours on the phone only to be told they could do nothing about it. The last call I made was to the corporate office to be told I could not speak to anyone about this issue and was hung up on. I feel if they are going to receive all the free advertising they did with their no price gauging promise they should live up to it. I’m a small business owner and if I make a promise to a customer I need to live up to it. They have made billions during this pandemic and I can’t buy essential products for my business at a fair price. I googled nitrile gloves while I was on hold from there call center and there were dozens of websites I could buy them at a fair price and not have to pay $179.00 year for a business subscription. Amazon has lied to their customers, I won’t be doing business with them anytime soon.

    PS I wrote several reviews on the product I used to purchase thru Amazon about the price gauging they were all denied!

      I have been waiting to have a claim settled from May 29 that was for over $500. The items were supposed to arrive May 22 then May 29. The items were infrared thermometers to be used to record temperatures of people before they could enter the premises. I had to purchase them from another vendor in order to open. The items arrived June 9th after I had placed an A-Z claim. I had asked the seller twice before they shipped to cancel the order and was ignored. The A-Z claim team never contacted me. I initiated a return June 10 and seller would not respond. I have repeatedly contacted Amazon almost every 48 hours and I am told to give it 24-48 hours, they are “escalating” my claim status again. I have been told by some CS reps. it is because I still have the items and will need to return them. The seller ignores the request and Amazon will not send me a return label to return to them.

      This has been going on for over a month. I was sold products from a seller that fraudulently advertised having products in stock and a delivery date knowing he had no products. I was taken advantage of by an opportunist and scammer on Amazon during COVID 19 and now cannot get a resolution from Amazon either.

      BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! If you can get a product anywhere else, do not buy anything from a third party on Amazon. They do not care what their third party sellers do and their customer service is set up to just give you the run around.

    If Amazon doesn’t drop this harassment, making customers feel they should believe their way regarding current events, I will leave as a customer. Walmart is happy to fulfill similarly! You should not be taking this ignorant side of things! It’s not your place as a business that has built trust among so many of us! Some of which disagree! Take it down or I, and many of my friends are leaving!

    Amazon no longer offers an email solution for contacting their customer service … this use to be an excellent option. I tried the “chat” with details on my reason for contacting them and eventually was connected, totally disregarding my efforts to send my concern and then sent to an option that had nothing to do with my reason for the chat … I tried calling yet get tired of waiting.

    The main issue is Amazon not able (?) to deliver to my P.O. Box thus I had to go to Best Buy and to Walmart on 3 items (so far) …
