    It looks like its not just in one store or country or State or city that they have problems with but Even at this store on Yonge st and Davis Drive area in Ontario Canada the store people are extremely Unprofessional and rude to the point that hopefully CHURCH’s CEO will see these reviews and take serious actions by cleaning up the mess in the stores by firing these individuals to regain customer’s trust.

    I have been trying to speak to someone about a problem, and have yet talk to someone who can help me with my problem. The person I have talked to says I will let them know and they will call you BUT no one calls me back to ask about the problem. This is very important to me and I could really use your help IF I could get a person to actually speak to me. Please help me to get my situation taken care of. I really don’t want to tell you over an email. Just need to talk to a reliable person who can answer my questions. Thank you

    I just came from a Church Chicken restaurant. The personnel were very unprofessional. The man who stated he was the manager came to counter very aggressive and angry expression. He started to accused if getting on the female that was taken order. I tried and the customer behind to explain that people don’t want work now. He told me to go. Saying I was rude and fussing at her. He refused to apologized and hear the truth. He was totally out if order and not to fit to work there: customer service no way

    Neesh, I’m sorry you also are having problems getting a refund from this company. I guess if they continue to give us the run around, we’ll just give up. Not going to happen. I was raised on Churches Chicken, and understanding that mistakes happen. However I do not believe selling raw bloody chicken was a mistake. I called back to speak with a Mgr and was told there wasn’t one, call back on Monday. I asked for her name and was told they couldn’t give it to me because it was a hippa violation……I explained my chicken was raw and bloody in the middle and was told it was too late for them to cook any more. Then I was told to eat around the raw parts and he started laughing. I don’t agree with being rude and giving bad reviews because things weren’t perfect, but it’s been a month now with no resolution. I’ve talked to the store Mgr (Mansfield Rd/Bert Kouns), a district Mgr and the childish cashier. I’m now ready to plaster social media and the health dept. with pics of my bloody chicken and the lack of resolution to their error. I’m done with Churches Chicken and their lack of leadership and accountability.

    I just got home from picking up a carryout order not only did they get my order wrong they were extremely unprofessional playing some sort of music through the speaker where they take orders did not speak English well enough to understand me or me understand them. I’m very in happy with the way I was treated. Not sure that I will go back to a churches over this .

    I ordered sides from this company on their website on 7/2/22 1.5 hours before they closed. When I cam to get my food at 8:45 when I was notified by the app that it was ready, they told me they were closed & not taking anymore orders. I told them I ordered online & the money was already deducted. The lady told me they never got the order because she handles all DoorDash orders. I then informed her it wasn’t DoorDash & it was with the app. Her next excuse was ” We’ve been out of mashed potatoes so we couldn’t have completed your order anyway. Just send an email to get your money back.”
    1.I sent the email & was advise call customer service hotline.
    2.I called the hotline & was told to call the store to get a faster refund. The store told me only corporate can handle refunds that deal with app purchases.
    3. I called the hotline back & was informed that there was never a case opened about my refund but one was being submitted & I should expect my refund by the end of the week.
    4. Called back a full 7 days later because still no refund. I demanded to speak to a manager & was told they’d call me back.
    5. Here it is 16 complete days later & I’m still waiting to hear back from someone about my $16.63 that was stolen from me.
    Nobody cares at this company. They just take and take and take. Nowhere in America do you have to wait 16 days for a refund of $16.63. All of this could have been avoided if 1 lazy cook would have done their job. But everyone places the blame on everyone else & at the end of the day the paying customer is screwed. I spent my last little bit of money to get my son some Churchs because he really likes their biscuits & everyday I wake up with my account in the negative I regret it. Everyone needs to boycott this horrible company.

      Same thing happened to me. Waco tx church’s chicken on south valley Mills. I order from the website in all it was over $25 never got my refund has me call calling everywhere for nuthin. I tell everyone I know not to order from church’s. The staff is very unprofessional. Sloppy nd rude.

    I ordered mixed chicken on line get there and they only have dark meat so I requested my money back and they say they can not give me my money back 9 days later after calling the complaint line still no refund 65.66 maybe is not much to them but I do not feel like it is okay to keep me waiting that is terrible customer service . This company did not waste any time taking my money but giving me a refund has been awful and still have not gotten my money please do not order from this website on line you will be sorry. I went to store on Nieman road Shawnee Ks the managers are awful. I will never purchase from them again.

      They did me the same way. Basically they stole our money. We paid for goods & never received them & now there seems to nothing we can do to get it back. I even tried disputing the transaction with my bank & was denied.

        I just went through the Chamblee churches facility. After waiting 20 minutes in line, placed my order Only to find out that you were out of lots of things including corn because they were only two people working. When I got the chicken home, it was so dried out it must’ve been cooked hours ago. The biscuits are burned. This is the second time I’ve been there that they haven’t had corn because as the lady told me, we don’t have time. I don’t have any more time to spend my money with your company. Close that facility, it’s an eyesore

    Went to store #1231 in Kansas city, MO. Worst I’ve had from there, check #40049 texas size my butt, shrimp was all batter, chicken all dried up, no sauces, no diet pop, I asked for sugar free tea, was.given sweet tea, I’m a diabetic. When I asked employee at window he was rude with his comment. Jalapeño bombers were ok and
    biscuit was fresh, my wife got 3 PC tenders and all 3 were twice the size of my tenders she also got no sauce, I work in food service delivering pizza, I would get in trouble if my orders arent correct, chances are I will never go back to that location again. Very unhappy and still hungry and thirsty 😕 😪 😞 😫

    Earlier today me and my mom went Church’s in Gary, Indiana on Broadway street. We already know to expect long lines but the food is always worth it. Unfortunately today the front counter worker was very rude and ignorant she also rushed you to order your food. Constantly asking “is that all?” Multiple times while I was taking my order. I asked for the manager and the manager laughed in my face and kept working. It seems like they are accustomed to bad customer service.

    Kansas City Mo store 1231, for the past year the service has been horrible, the greeting at the speaker not professional at all, and the when you request your order they don’t repeat for accuracy, when your missing items you order the crew stands around talking to each other before a rude unprofessional unpleasant manager comes to finally look at your receipt and the screen to see what you paid for, I have requested my money back plenty of time staff needs to be trained

    2001 broad river rd. Columbia SC 29210. This location has some of the nastiest workers. Horrible customer service. I placed an order via the app and when I got there they were closing 3 hours early because they burnt their grease. I’m no rocket scientist but im pretty sure they have grease to change out. Pretty sure you’re not supposed to fry chicken on the same grease all day.

    I went to Church’s Chicken at Pio Nono and Anthony Rd today to get a Tuesday 2 piece special. The door was locked so I went through the drive through. When I got to the window to pick my order up there were people inside ordering and getting their order. I asked the lady why the door was locked when I went up to it and she said you do know there is a pandemic don’t you. I didn’t respond. I pulled over to the side to eat my chicken since I can’t drive and eat chicken. I watched people coming and going inside. I even saw one guy sitting down and eating inside. I couldn’t resist posting the photos after that. Just wondering if I was treated equally.

    Got through the drive-thru here in Lindbergh in Florissant Missouri drive to hasn’t been working for months and finally I go up in there and they’re closed at 7:15 or are you kidding me when they told me they were closed I looked in and they were still fry and chicken I guess that was for them to take home

    Online the hours are 10-11, I get to the store the window says 10-10 and the signage outside says 11-6. We get there literally 5:15 and the man didn’t even have the respect to come to the door and tell us they were closed he mouthed it and told us to leave.     I have been buying chicken from your store instead of KFC because I like the taste better .The last 2 purchases tho have been poor quality ,over cooked .The biscuits I purchase 3/ 2.39 they have no butter or honey taste .
    I really am so disappointed in the Sapulpa Okla. Store .
    My family usually eats at least once a week and I have eaten gotten my mom & sister yo change from from the other chicken place .
    I hope this store improves alot on the product so I dont have to stop purchasing from them .

    I have been going to this churches Chickens for years. I have seen managers come and go, but when you have a manager who don’t greet their customers or even acknowledg that you are inside standing there to place an order with patiences that is rude, or even look at you that can’t be good for business. Why is this being allowed with this type of behavior. Then I am waiting for 15-20 minutes for my order. The focus is more on the drive through than inside. I hope my comments don’t be ignored and something is done about this. Not happy 😒

    Just had my 1st visit to a Church’s Chicken on Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte. Chicken sandwich was amazing! Came with 2 jalapeños peppers. The staff behind the counter were so friendly. Why did I wait so long.

    I don’t know why ya’ll change the tenders recipe. Them Texas tenders are nasty as hell. I wish ya’ll left the old tenders as an option on the menu, that’s al I used to buy. It’s sad. Tried those tenders today and they were god awful. Horrible! Sad to say I won’t be going back.

    This goes beyond ridiculous coming to churches on Andrews hwy in odessa. Not only that but they somehow changed the recipe only this location in town did. It is now a freaking 30 to 45 minute wait just to get our food.

    Church’s on pio NoNo ave Macon ga. So you open the doors for certain people and when I get out the door is locked and then let me stand there for a minute and a half before you say drive thru is open. Okay when I get to drive thru each car there is at least 15 minutes per car and I’m the fifth car so that’s an 1hr I waited for one wing one leg and fries. The young lady was nice at the speaker but management was rude as hell at the window. No hot sauce No honey and no ketchup. Come on man I waited and can’t even get the condiments I need to enjoy my meal last time at this location maybe with your business,

    All of you employees, all over the state need to get together and make something happen, no employees should be treated the way you guys are being treated, we don’t like it when you guys get smart and disrespect us that are helping you make your money, I do give you a little excuse because the way you’re being treated , I work for them years ago, they do not support their employees, my advice to you is to get together and make them do what they supposed to do you guys are working for them they need you.
