    The customer service/support is horrendous. The worse I have ever encounter. First the machine would just freeze. I am attempting to work with customer service, but the machine contiued to cut off. I finally spoke with a woman who was upset when I explained my crisis. She asked: Where did you GET that machine. I told her direct shipment from Lenovo. She responded: Tell them to send you another machine. Then iti was on!!!!! for two days I was bounced from sales, to tech suupport, to post sales, and back, and back and machine still cutting off. I called back again gave the case number and told it was closed. I have been given 5 case numbers since February 22, 2021, today is March 12 and I did not use the computer from February 8 until February 19, 2021. Yesterday march 11,2021 my machine show ERROR 0135 System Fan Failure. First I was asked if I had tried to open it. No. Has anyone else used the machine….No. Then the tech asked if I had had received a message from Microsoft. Yes, but why would I set up Microsofe if it had already been set up. I told hin, I may not know a lot about computers, but I did know the difference between a Microsoft program and system fan failure I had to repeatedly ask for a case number…he said he was giving me a work order. Next he said my parts and program were not covered. I read him my warranty order, the he changed his tune to oh you are overed. Finally, I was albe to to get a case number and a work oder. I had to demand that a technician come out because I paid for that service. Meanwhile thiis morning I receive a link BIOS UPDATE….no instructions, no nothing. I called tech suppport and was to lold since it was from Lenovo. To go ahead and download the llink I said okay. That was at 11:07 AM (CST) today. It is now 12:22…my screen is black with a steady alternatinve beep-beep. The technician was due here between 9:30AM and 1:00 PM. No sound or peep from the technicil although 1:00 PM is 37 minutes. From now. This machine is worthless. Customer service the world’s worst. DO NOT PURCHASE THE IDEA CENTER A1024IBM05, The company knows its a problem why else would the last person I spoke with yesterday 3/11/2021 tell me they are investigating that model. But you see, there is a different culture in dealing with a non-American company. Hate I switched from DELL. Lenevo owes a lot of us a new machine. The Lenovo personnell who told me to tell them to send me a new machine…knew it was a problem. I feel as though I just wasted monoey….and it was more than “lunch money.” I want my money back. No replacement machine. Order #4600230161. The machine went on line on or about January 22, 2021. I actualy spent 4 days grappling with a problem, only to be told my case was closed. The next day I learned it was a defective computer, it was to be replaced…..I am still waiting…..that was on or about February 5, or some time during the first week of February. I just want my money back. I have been unablle to use the machine today. Fortunately my SAMSUNG tablet has a key board.

    I have 4 Lenovo units please email me to set up a solution to this problem.
    I cannot connect to the right tech support for this issue and no one seems to take responsibility for solving this.

    My PC has been in service 4 times since April 2020 the latest status from infocare is that they are waiting for a response from Lenovo to a complaint. 11 system components 4 motherboards, hard disk processor video cards and more have been replaced.
    but there has been no progress on the case in the last few weeks they sent a reminder yesterday.
    What takes so long why does not lenovo respond ?.
    Bought a PC from Komplett in January 2020. and they replied that I have the right to return the technology after replacing 2 system components.
    Here I sit without a PC and wait for answers back and forth without any solution. Bought this PC because it had Dolby Atmos Sound and wants a new PC from you with dolby atmos.

    I left the following review on a Lenovo All In One Computer that was rejected: Purchased All In One one on line. 1st computer did not work. It would not load Windows 10. When I called tech support the next day, neither one of us understood what the other was saying. Tech support sent my call to sales once he realized that his script would not solve the problem. It was an hour wait to talk to sales. Sales informed that I could ship the computer back once the other arrived. 2nd computer arrives. Do the unboxing and the usb for the wireless keyboard was not supplied by Lenovo. Looked on line and website said I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a part. No thank you. Decided to buy an all new wireless keyboard at a big box store which functions better that the one Lenovo supplied. Wrote all this in a email survey of the product. No one ever responded .And I never heard of a company that would ship out a product with an item missing. I’m out 30 dollars on the keyboard. Is Lenovo going to make an attempt to compensate? I doubt it!

    Purchased a Lenovo laptop. Less than two months later it was overheating. Contacted Best Buy who I had purchased the product from and was told that because it was over 30 days I had to deal with manufacturer. After returning the product to be repaired twice it still had the same problem. When I refused to return it so they could just send it back defective again they tried to replace it with a lesser model. When I didn’t fall for that they said they could order one from China. But…. I would need to send mine back first and it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the new one. So I would be without one for a minimum of 3 weeks.. IF it cleared customs by then. Not acceptable. I just want my money refunded.

    I have had issues with your lenovo support team, they are just going around in circles wasting my time.i dont know who else to speak to besides filing a law suit. this laptop i bought has been defective and all they did was send someone to replace parts without even konwing what the real problem was, after the parts were replaced, the laptop continued to malfuction. im a software developer, i need a working machine, ive only had 4 months with this laptop and already its giving me all these problems. you guys have been wasting my time and i have a chance to lose my job for showing up to work with a defective laptop . all i want now is a refund of my money and i can take my buisness somewhere else

    I have having an unusually high number of problems with my new Lenovo Desktop.
    This unit is less than 30 days old.

    1. I have had to reset it twice.
    2. Screen flickers to Black for a couple of seconds.
    3. When clicking on a folder the folder moves to another monitor.
    4. I lose internet connections to programs I am using. Twitter will still connect and the connection is still live.

    I have been on tech support for as long as 1 hour and 18 minutes.
    I have 4 Lenovo units please email me to set up a solution to this problem.
    I cannot connect to the right tech support for this issue and no one seems to take responsibility for solving this.
