    You will be sued due to the Ramada in Creston, BC Canada refusing us accesss with our licensed Service Dogs. It is against the law in Canada and the US to refuse service dogs. We have already filed this with the federal government and our international lawyer (who stated that this was a grave mistake). The reason supplied by the hotel in Creston was that the town of Creston had requested that they do not allow Service Dogs so that there was a hotel in town that was available for persons with allergies. This is ludicrous as all hotels maintain at least one room for travelers with Service Dogs so other guests do not need to stay in the room if they have allergies.

    Room 203
    1. No towels and No wash cloths
    2. Glass sliding door will not lock.
    3. No remote for TV.
    4. TV will not work at all.
    5. After being told about all of our complaints, the manager rudely told us that “I can’t do anything but, you can come and get some towels”, instead of having towels brought to us as guests.

    We were FINALLY moved to room 208, after being told (lied to)  repeatedly, that there were no other rooms available.

    1. The floor was dirty
    2. The was NO T.V. AT ALL.
    3. A T.V. was brought down but, did not work.
    4. The door handle to the glass door on balcony was broken & when we tried to open it, it came off compley (door was still shut).
    5. Instead of the door being properly repaired, someone rigged a contraption together to make a lock.
    5. The desk was dusty as if work was still being done inside.

    The above-quoted statement is false. I detailed with photos my unacceptable September 2019 experience at a Ramada, and corporate took no responsibility. Their first response was no more than “we appreciate your feedback, thank you for your interest in Ramada.” Their second, when I noted they had not addressed the problems, was to pass me off to the franchisee who was responsible, but who did nothing.

    Corporate has attempted to dodge its oversight responsibility, while feigning oversight.
