I have had your service for 28 years and my cars, trucks and home are all on your insurances too. I have never had a problem like this before. For a roadside service I would think that answering a stressed persons calls for help would be answered faster. like in the past with your services.

I had a very bad set of problems yesterday 04/26/21. I had a Doctor appointment at 2:00 pm and my car stalled in the parking lot. When I was through with the appointment I called AAA for a tow. This was roughly 3:15 pm with a promise time of 4:10 pm for the tow truck. After waiting past 4:30 pm I tried to call AAA back and question where is the tow truck. no one would answer , I was on hold with the roadside service several times up to 15 minutes and on several other AAA telephone numbers, 10 minutes each time. No one was answering.

My cell phone had 75% when I started out to the Doctor and was drained to 23% at 6:00 pm. I decided to leave the car in the parking lot and try again this morning. Before I left I received a call from a tow truck who stated he could tow me after 6:30, this was called in from my wife at home after I had called her about AAA not answering my calls for roadside help at about 5:40 pm. When she called and explained to them not responding to me she was put on hold for 22 minutes. My wife, myself gave up and our daughter picked me up at 6:25 pm.

I find myself questioning, do I really need to continue these services?

I am a former AAA employee and receive a pension.
I have not yet this year received my 1099-R for income tax return.
    Is there a delay?

I would like to say every company should know about discount no matter where they’re posted. I signed up for AAA on 12/8/20 plus membership (89.99 membership+10.00 enrollment fee=99.99) I went on retailmenot found a coupon for NC & SC only you get 10.00 a new membership and no enrollment fee total of 20.00+ I signed up for autopay 5.00=25.00 which would make my payment 74.00 that’s what I paid. On 12/12/20 I added a member when I got to payment it showed me 30.00-10.00=20.00 which I paid. I called the customer on 12/12/20 to check when my plus membership goes into effect so I can have a car towed. I was told I had a balance of 20.00 that wasn’t paid. This wasn’t true, but the rep did tell me I had plus and it was in effect. So I called back on 12/14/20 about my additional member I added I was told no addt member was added the 20.00 I paid was to upgrade me to plus (online kept telling me he was already existing member under my AAA). I called later got Torrie she seen where I paid the 20.00 and was also a plus member so she put in a ticket. I got email from Megan saying (After checking into the issue you are experiencing, I see an upgrade to plus on 12/12/20 that was $20. When searching Kevin’s name I do not see him active on any account. You can change the level back to basic and we can add him with that credit or you can add him now to your Plus level membership.) before she sent this email no research was done till I sent an email break down the cost and my receipts showing my level on day one was plus. This made me feel like I was a liar after explain this 3-4 times and I was in need of tow the reason I was adding a member cause I couldn’t be with the car. I call customer service again after receiving the email I spoke with Justin he didn’t understand he kept telling me plus 89.99+10.00 which I know its on the website on what each membership cost. He places me on said he was going to speak with his manager which was Chris and came back with no resolution. I ask why didn’t the manager get on the phone Chris he is going to tell you the same thing. I work customer for 20 years you should never tell the customer that the manager is going to agree with you He gave me number to member relation after I ask for refund.I also ask for corporate to file complaint and was giving toll free # when I look the number up on line it shows 704-569-3600. I called member relation on 12/15/20 to speak with Laurie which I explain the issue all over again. She asks me who sent the email I gave her Megan name she reaches out to Megan and said she was working on it. I was very short and frustrated after dealing with this since Dec 12th. I want to apologize to Laurie she was trying to help. I finally got the issue resolve it still not showing when I go to AAA app I will give it time to update. I’m writing this letter to say make sure you know all promotions and take time to do more research before responding to a customer. The answer was out there only if they had taken time to pull up retailmenot. Sometimes you have to think outside the box to resolve issues. You got to know how frustrating this can be to explain the same issue over and over with no resolution till I gave the breakdown. I would like to send this to corporate please send me an email address when I can send this letter. I tried calling 407-771-4296 it’s saying disconnected

Our prepaid VISA card number was stolen by a card reader when we purchased gas. I reported the theft within two weeks of realizing the card was being used by someone else. Nothing was done and the card was again used for amounts totaling over $1,500.00. I reported it again and since March have been bounced around within AAA and Metabank without any result. No one wants to hear from me. We used this card because you say it is insured but obviously that’s only if you can managed to get past all the roadblocks to claim the theft.

I want everyone to know. If you move from one state to another state with an active membership, you will not be able to log into your account on line. AAA locks you out and according to the rep, “until you pay money, you won’t be able to go on line, even with your active membership”. Sounds like double dipping to me. Shame on you for treating customers in this manner.

Can your Insurance companies look to the actual aspect of the
Problem or tries to find legal points to turn down the genuine accidental case for RECUPERATION BENEFITS

Your AAA ads on TV are boring. You’ve had the same ads for months. It’s time to change them. Most of us
hit the mute button when they come on.

After losing our home to a house fire our A.A.A. Homeowners Insurance has been amazing. The local agent handling our claim has been responsive to our every need while we await the restoration which will allow us
to our home. We have been so pleased that many of our friends have asked to know the name of our insurers.
We are the kind of people A.A.A. should hire for their next commercial.

We have however become somewhat distressed in regards to the time it has taken to receive the direct financial compensation related to our loss.
