I want to know why you cancel MY PILLOW serve? you are a grocery store serving all the people, you should not be in politic , you took my right to buy my pillow or not, Where is our right freedom of speech?

It has been reported that you have discontinued carrying My Pillow products in your stores. The reason to buy a product is because it’s a great product, not because of the politics of its owner. Now YOU have drawn the line. I am deeply offended, concerned and disgusted that you – said to be the top grocer in the nation in employee satisfaction – would insert “politics” in what you do and don’t carry in your stores. How can you place politics above capitalism? Selling My Pillow is investing in a capitalistic venture. Isn’t that what made you the store you are, a capitalistic enterprise? This development on your part has shown a different side to me about you and your company. Do we not have freedom of speech without being “canceled” for our opinions? You have shown that you agree with the cancel culture. You seem to have little regard for the first amendment of the
Constitution. This hurts my regard for all the good you have done in San Antonio, You have put a black mark on HEB. I hope you would have the decency to respond to my letter and let me know why. Our country is in turmoil and seems to be getting worse. We don’t need to be canceled. We need freedom, respect and hope for the future. Your actions have put a blight on that future.

My comment has to do with the removal of MyPillow from your shelves. It doesn’t matter someone’s political views or where you are from by removing an item from your shelves takes away from someone’s lively hood. Everything I see about HEB is positive, doing for the community, etc. and now I see something negative. Will HEB look at all of the other companies of who’s products you sell and if they happen to be of a political view different from yours and also remove their product from your shelves? If not, why? What I see here again is that someone could potentially lose their job being unable to take care of their family. I don’t agree with this at all in a time when due to a pandemic so many have lost their jobs and are depending on other resources to feed them. One of these is the foot pantries of which I know HEB helps out. I think you should reconsider this or make it fair and look at all of the other companies who’s product you sell.

We need a HEB grocery store in or around South Toledo Bend , TX. It is in Newton Co, near the LA border. You would have customers from both TX and LA. Currently I have to drive 35 miles, one way to buy groceries. But our closest HEB is over 80 miles away.
Ease consider coming to our area!

Your store in Taylor Texas needs some more training. We pulled up last night and before walking in we asked if we could still go inside. The employee outside said yes, but you only have 3 minutes ( it was 7:56 PM). My husband and I both walked in and another employee rudely said you have 2 minutes. We split in two different directions as we knew what we needed (5 items) and could grab it quickly to be out in the 3 minutes. As I am coming upfront by the bakery my husband is furious and said forget this, leave their crap here. He said a younger employee in a navy shirt with glasses and a mask approached him and told him you have to leave right now. My husband proceeded with we know we have only a few minutes I am grabbing things here and my wife is grabbing stuff over there. He then told my husband to put it back and to leave. That is when my husband came to find me, I left the cart where I was and started to walk off. As we are leaving the same manager starts on us again. I said look, you are just being rude. You said what to my husband? At this point, he tries to change his story. Another “manager” comes up to us in plain clothes and tells me to just go get the things we need. I told him no and now you can put it back after the way your employee treated us. We are already in a stressful time and now this is how store employees are treating people? We both are essential and work over 50 hours a week. We get to the store when we can and this is certainly not how we want to be treated. If you go look on their Facebook page, we are not the only ones that he treated that way! He should be reprimanded for his actions. I do expect a response to this issue.

We think is really bad customer relations in this terrible time to not put in place a special hour for seniors to shop safely, but to have us wait 11 days to either have a delivery or put in a curb side pick up order. We are seniors, with major health concerns and this is leaving us with no option. We live within walking distance from HEB Four Points, Austin and feel abandoned by your company that we have been faithful to for years. Shame on you.
