    I will NEVER again make a purchase from you. I paid over $5000.00 for a couch, rocker recliner and a reclining chair and ottoman. After waiting beyond the 4 – 6 week time frame we were given – and MANY MANY LIES we were told about our pieces – we got delivery today. NO couch as it was CUT and needed to be recovered. Another 2 week wait, and that was a guess on the sales associates part. OK, I’ll live with that because at least I have 2 chairs to sit on. WRONG! The rocker recliner seems to be fine, but the reclining chair back is crooked and 2 of the legs are turned inward. Not safe to sit on. I called and customer service opened a ticket for me to get someone out there to “look at the issues” . OK, I can live with that., NOT! The soonest possible date is June 13th. So I am going to sit on the floor for the next 2+ weeks?? I think not. So I explained to the customer service girl that this is unacceptable . Her response was to schedule that date and then she would watch for an earlier date to open up. We all know that would not happen.
    I got rid of my old furniture already. So I did my best to remain calm but failed due to the lack of care and concern. I told her to come get this crap out of my house and I expect a full refund. This is not over, not by a long shot!

    I order two recliners in March I was told 4-6 weeks they be here so on May 6th I called. I was told a norther 4-5 weeks this is unacceptable I ask for mt $132.00 deposit back and the store manager said I had 3 day to back out. if I knew it was goin to be over 12 weeks I would of called in the 3 days. I call the customer service and got a run around they said the store manager would call me I talk to her and got no were. She offer me $100 off the recliner. The problem is lazy boy can’t deliver the product . This is your problem just looking for my deposit back so I can go buy some were else

    my purchase of a recliner/lift chair from your company was the worst experience ever! Not only did we have numerous problems with it, but the “pass the buck” attitudes and blatant lies from your staff of sales, sales managers, service dept. and such is appalling. After two years of problems with this chair, of which was replaced even, and worse issues continued.. we were told they are coming to take the chair …which was literally falling apart!….. which they did .. and that was the fastest response of the entire transaction! … We were promised a FULL REFUND … of which we still are waiting for …. to which , your rep simply said “oh I’m sorry, I forgot to do it”. Perhaps You will show more trust in your company… please look into the sad way your people are destroying the Name of your ONCE, good company. I assure you this … I will never purchase from You again, nor give a good referral. Please see that I receive my full refund, as promised & I will disappear

    I purchased a sofa for my daughter for over $1200 when she moved into a different home after her divorce. That was a little over 2 years ago. I thought she would have this ‘good’ piece of furniture for a very long time. She just informed me of its condition and I am so very shocked and disappointed. Fabric shredding, slats broken, cushions flattened. I am heartbroken and angry! What happened to this company? I went online and did indeed read many poor reviews on the quality of sofas, customer service, etc. I had done unfortunate luck with a recliner some years ago but considered it a fluke because I still have the sofa and still love it! My daughter did go to the store to talk about the condition of her sofa but was treated poorly and dismissed. Nothing they could do and acted like they couldn’t care less! Shocking for a company that had an excellent reputation! I scrapped to pay for a quality piece for her and I paid highly for garbage. My next purchase would’ve been at la z boy, without a doubt, but not now! Is this a sign of the times? Shame on you, La Z Boy! Shame!
