I would like to file a complaint against your Repair Service Center, in Fort Worth Texas. I purchased a Headset on January 11, 2020 from Metro by T-Mobile Store in Philadelphia, Pa. Model #HBS830BK LG Tone Ultra Alpha for $79.99. I contacted the LG Repair office in January complaining that I could not hear any sound out of the left ear bud and very little sound out of the right ear bud. Your company sent me a label to return the headset to the repaid company which I did. They received it on 02/13/2020. They returned my headset back on 02/13/2020, noting on the Mobile Device Repair Summary that: (ACC17) NDF-No DEFECT FOUND // it has been updated the latest software version. Now, to date, this Headset is of no use to me at all. I can’t even use it because I can’t hear any sound out of either buds, right or left. At this time I am so disappointed in this product and your repair facility. I was without my headset for a week and now they don’t work at all. I will never purchase another LG product if this is the way you treat your customers when they have faith and an issue with your product.
