    Would you please bring back your PRETZEL pizza to the Celina Ohio store. Their are a bunch of us who really liked that pizza ! Actually that’s the only pizza of yours that I like. Please Please please bring it back ! Why did u discontinue it ? Maybe it’s not a top seller but there are a number of us who really liked it. I’ll be watching for it !

    On Friday July 10, 2020, I attempted to order pizza from your store in North Liberty, Iowa through the on-line order form. It kept giving me a generic card decline message. I called my credit card company to see if there was a problem with my card and they said everything was fine, that there was an issue with the Little Caesars on-line system. I then called the store and told the person who answered what was happening and he adamantly told me it was my card not your system. I hung up and attempted it one more time, that is when it forced me to download your app on my phone. I did, and proceeded to place my order. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, only one employee out of the three was wearing a mask and he was just sitting in a chair in the back of the store. The woman at the counter was not wearing one and neither was the guy handling the pizzas. As I stood there, I saw this guy touching pizzas as he was placing them in the box and cutting them. I thought it was supposed to be touch free. My wife has no immune system due to medical issues and she was very upset and said she never wanted to order pizza from your business again. I am very disappointed in not only the lack of concern by the employees of this store for people’s health during the middle of a pandemic but in the over all service. To top it off, as the guy brought the pizza out from the back, I was standing at the counter, he knew it was my order and still proceeded to put it in the stupid portal machine. Never again…

    I WENT TO A STORE IN FORT WORTH TEXAS AND THE MANAGER THERE IS A ASSHOLE I GUESS NO ONE EDUCATED WANT TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY SO THEY HIRE THOSE THAT CANNOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND OF COURSE YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE OR FROM ANYONE TO CORRECT WHAT WAS WRONG SO I TOO WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO SOME PLACE THAT REALLY WANT MY SERVICE

    went to a store on 1001 big a road in toccoa,ga. not one of the employees were wearing gloves .watched them handle food with there hands . canceled my order went outside and called state health department they said it was a violation and was going to send the gsp out

    I went to get pizza for my children and understand that they would be closing within the next 35-40 min. My pizza was really dry so the young man at the window told me to come back so when i returned I had my pizza snatched out of my hand flew all over myself and car then was threatened. To make a long story short I found myself in jail car towed and dog taken away. Bad customer service and Bad food. I am disabled and still do not have my car or dog. Now that’s what I get for trying to feed my family on a budget!

    I would like to commend the Paris Texas store because of the awesome experience I had there yesterday. I haven’t been there in about 6 months because of the continuous rudeness, frowns, and crappy pizza. I decided to take a chance yesterday and the outcome was great! We were well aware that they did not open until 10:30, but arrived there early, as I had finished all I had to do in town. We had no problem waiting at all. There were two employees outside when we pulled up and informed me that we had about 20 minutes. I told them we knew, and that we were more than willing to wait. We were in no hurry. However, they asked us what we would be ordering, and insisted that they would have it ready. Again, I told them to enjoy their time until opening and we did not mind waiting. They went back inside, and one of the came back out and said that due to extensive training, there were already preparing my pizza and that I was welcome to come on in and pay for it. This is outstanding customer service, and after all of the disappointments lately at this store, we were so proud to see this! Thank you so much for being so good to us! We will return!!

    Please note:
    Today we ordered a large ground beef-bell pepper thin crust pizza at store # I.D. # 01991-0001 in San Dimas, CA — it was baked in an acceptable manner, but it had very little sauce; in fact so little that I could say it was nonexistent..

    Hope someone can correct that problem because I have had pizza before at another store and I have not had a problem with sauce before.

    The pizza store in Forest Park, GA has one of the worst managers and workers of any store I have used. So much loud confusion and unprofessional relating to customers. I ordered by phone 45 minutes before coming to store and STILL had to wait 20 minutes for wings. Hire better calibre of workers please!
    I might be going to Papa John’s from now on.

    The worst experience ever they told me because it was 8:30 I could only get pepperoni pizza they didn’t have marinara sauce and then it was cold and not all the way cut so I call them as soon as I get home and they tell me they are closing to call in the morning the GM will be there and she tells me if u don’t have the pizza we can’t do anything for you but I have the my receipt. Also the girl up front was not friendly at all. Very disappointed

    I am 72 yrs. old and have been cheated. I am also mailing you a letter showing how your stores charged me $58.83 all in one day 8-4-2019, and I never got a pizza from any store. The one store #5855 said at the store they were crediting my credit card but all they did was charge me again. I am 72 and on a fixed income.
