I have been a customer at the Jonesboro, Arkansas Quick Lane since its opening and have gotten good timely service until this past Friday. I got the before opening and waited to get my new truck, 2020 Dodge with 5733 miles on it, serviced. 7:30 opening. I was second customer who was served. At 8:00 my vehicle, the second one, was pulled into the service bay. On my previous services I requested that my tires be left alone. This trip was a disaster from the beginning. The “technician” #5385, spent as much time gabbing with another technician as he did on my vehicle. I looked up and they were going to rotate my tires. I was told by the service advisor that we always do that. It was supposed to be on my record. “Oh, we don’t keep records like that.” I told him not to touch my tires. he told the “technician” and he quit rotating efforts. Next thing the “technician is putting air in my tires. One more time “don’t touch my tires.” The “technician” responds, “what? Am I supposed to let the air out of this one?” I got my vehicle an hour after I got to Quick Lane. I left at the same time the first car went into the service area. His tires weren’t touched for rotation!! You have lost a customer and I WILL spread the word about your Jonesboro Quick Lane center.
