I would like to find out how I can get an answer to my complaint on Mr. Matt Miller, Service Advisor for the New Smyrna Beach district. I tried to complain to Mr. Lou Vazquez from New Smyrna Beach, but he stopped replying to me.
My uncle and I were at the Quick Lane on 25 March to have a service done on his van. At the time Mr. Miller was great and friendly, but all that changed upon our return. we dropped off the van and went to go get something to eat, two hours later we called to see if the van was finished. after being redirected for three times with no answer we were getting a little upset. The lady on the phone said that Mr. Miller was on his lunch break and no one knows if the van was done. So my uncle asked why does no one know what is going on. So we hung up the phone and went to Quick Lanes. At this time there were four customers in the lobby. Mr. Miller stood up and started to yell at us and stated he is done with us, he went on how we need to apologize to the lady that we talked to because she was crying over the phone about us and that he was around her for over 20 years and had never seen her cry. At this time all the customers were looking at us in disgust, Me and my uncle looked at each other and said what the heck. My uncle asked the other service guy if he was joking, the other guy looked at us and shrugged his shoulders. So Mr. Miller kept going n. My uncle went next door to talk to the lady and she stated that was not the case, she told Mr. Miller that she was afraid that my uncle would be mad at her for not knowing the status of his van. She did not even know why my uncle was apologizing. My uncle told her why and she stated that she was not crying or complaining. My uncle came back over to the service center and told Mr. Miller what she said we thought he was going to apologize, but no way, he just acted like a fool. I have worked for the US Army for 29 years now and have never been treated so badly and disrespectfully in my life. I am in customer service and what Mr. Miller did is bad for business. He needs to be fired and he needs to write an apology letter to my uncle and I.
Please help us in this situation. Would love to hear back from Corporate.

    Brian
