    I booked a flight to Las Vegas in June. On July 31 I received an email that my return flight had been cancelled. I wasn’t able to reschedule because the screen was dark and it said I had no reservation credit. So I cancelled the whole flight and started over. Booked vbpuyy. On August 13 requested a refund, but don’t have a need for a credit. Spirit said a credit was given-Xbt5ti, but that’s not what I wanted. Would not have rebooked if not for the cancellation. Thought the reservation code was jcjj6p, but a rep. said it was Xbt5ti. Am asking that $393 be refunded to my Visa card . Your rep. Siwe said to email you and I tried on another form but couldn’t not having a computer, just a laptop. Thanks for your help. Mark

    I bought a round-trip ticket to Detroit from California I paid $423.10 AM on the 30th Ave., July had to come back on 2 August when it was time for me to report to the airport I received a message saying my flight was canceled two hours before boarding I was on my way to the airport I called all the numbers nobody would answer they said it’s technical difficulties. I tried all day to reschedule my flight but it would not let me so all day long I called the number so I could not get an answer so finally I called Southwest had another $288 to come home thank God I did because Spirit has stranded thousands of people after that. I would like a full refund for my take care because of all the pain and suffering I went through.

    My luggage was locked, someone cut it open just enough and popped the lock took my purse and all my money. The airlines will not allow me to speak with a supervisor, nor do anything about this situation. I am stuck with nothing and all they say is call here or there. After calling, staying on hold, being hung up on and still nothing!

    My luggage was not scanned on my flight and I was left with no clothes for 3 days because no one wanted to help. I want to be refunded my flight because I couldn’t enjoy myself.

    I call Spirit and paid 89$ for baggage round trip. They only for arrival. I was told from the agent that it’s was a round trip. When I got ready to departure I had to pay 55$ for a carry on. Because they charge me baggage to Detroit and Fort laFort Lauderdale one way. So I would like to be refunded for my 50$ please. Also when we got ready to departure they didn’t leave out till 2 hours later. Saying that they was getting everyone baggage on, so I on most miss my other flight, I had to run to it. That is very bag Bussiness, and the mistakes, just glad I had the 50$ to pay for my baggage carry on that I already paid for. Terrible, can someone please call me on these issues
