    My parents recently submitted a claim for storm damage to there rv in july 2019. The estimate was for $2300.00. I understand the deductible of $250.00 coming off the top. They also took 40% off for what they refer to as betterment. Which they explained will make the rv worth more.They received a check in the amount of $1221.00 leaving not enough money to have the repairs completed. They are both on a fixed income and pay there insurance on time. This is not fair in anyway shape or form. So statefarm explain to me how the value of there rv will increase when theres not enough money to fix what was damaged. THEY LOST $619.20 ! First thing in the morning I will be taking them to find another insurance carrier as well for myself.

    Settled a case MAY 22, 2019 with one of your attorneys, but the Adjuster, Robert Ammerman, won’t process the check. Perhaps Ammerman has a serious medical condition or something, but in any event, this needs investigation. My client is Ashley Pounds and this is an Alabama claim.

    Good morning, I have just found out my Life insurance Policy is not being funded correctly,but in the process I also found out that my policy was moved to another City outside of my area. I recently cancelled one of the policies and I kinda feel like this is the reason it was sent so far away. I once worked for state fam under Rita Teran. I am more than willing to pay anything i owe and I am wondering how my policy can be underfunded when it should never change. if i owe money from the policy i cancelled I will pay it. But I would like my policy moved back to my city.
    THis is all very confusing and I am quite upset that you would do this to anyone. It is a good 45 to hour drive for me to where my Policy is. I would appreciate if someone ca help me with this.

    I currently have 7 policies in New York with State Farm, as well as one in our home in Florida. In 2007, my parents both passed away within 3 weeks of each other. When I received the death certificates, I sent them in to State Farm. The following year, our probate was satisfied and I sent in the legal documentation that my sister and I now owned the house. The following year, I sent in a rental agreement, showing that we were proceeding with a renter. We have NEVER, up until recently, put in a claim on the home. We have ALWAYS paid our premium on time. We recently had damage done to the house and put in a claim. All of a sudden, the death certificates, the ownership change and the rental agreement are missing. No one had any idea, etc. The claim we placed was paid off, but to my parents, who I have made ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, are deceased. I was essentially told that it was too bad, a new check made out in my name, would not be written because my parents are still recognized as the policy owners, despite having sent in any and every legal document I have received. Last week, I was told the check would be reissued in my name. Today, I was told it wouldn’t. Who is responsible for such poor handling and why is it allowed to continue with no concern for what the customer may be dealing with? On top of this, I was told we were being canceled in May because of this situation and to add insult to injury, sent a bill for even more money on top of the premium I have already paid in full!! Furthermore, I was informed that if I put in any further claims for the duration of the policy, it would not be covered!!! So what am I receiving a bill for? My premium is paid!! Can you please tell me what it is I have been paying for in the last 12 years and why on earth I would receive a bill for coverage that would not be acknowledged? This is insulting and some of the poorest business tactics I have ever seen. To be dismissed by the underwriter and then not contacted when I made multiple calls to the claims adjustor, Greg Buchanan, is an absolute slap in the face. The fact that a multimillion dollar corporation can run in such a manner is unconscionable. When speaking with Ann at Bobby Pittman today, she told me no new check would be issued and she actually asked me who I spoke with 10 years ago, when letting them know that my name should be on the policy. At that time, I was told it was taken care of and “not to worry”, but to ask who I spoke to 10 years ago is simply a way of trying to fault me, instead of acknowledging that State Farm has severely dropped the ball. Furthermore, she told me that 10 years ago, State Farm stopped writing policies in Florida, when the rental agreement was sent in!! Apparently, they were supposed to rewrite the policy, but never did, since Florida stopped writing homeowners policies. I paid premium after premium for 12 years. Are you kidding me?? And no one told me, but kept taking my premium?? I have been paying something and receiving no service. I am beyond thankful that this is the first issue I have ever had. Of course, had I known sooner, I would have known that I would have been exploited, as well. It is clear to me that customer service is not at all what State Farm is about and I am so disappointed that it is making me question why I have my other policies with State Farm. The answer “I am sorry, but I can’t help you” is offensive and inappropriate, especially considering there was never an issue in taking our money for all of this time. I feel violated and frankly, defrauded. I am certain no one will actually look to resolve this and even attempt to help out.
    True concern for the customer would warrant that this email be acknowledged and dealt with in a professional manner, with immediacy and with acknowledgement to the errors on the part of State Farm. Never have I been dismissed like this before, especially when considering the amount of money on the claim payout is trivial, in comparison to the annual profit of State Farm.

    At this time, the CEO HAS NOT RESPONDED to an email sent several days ago, as expected. This is exactly how everyone I have contacted has responded and it certainly shows a true lack of compassion, understanding, or ability to conduct a proper and ethical business.

    we had a rv that had a incident turned the claim into state farm they twisted it all around told me i was lair and that its all my falt when the adjuster told me to leave the rv where its at ( we were having it towed out that day ) so no now it has to stay there so they have to pick up the tab on it they are refusing its been over 6 months as far as i no its still under investigation ive called and complained and they keep telling me they are looking at it the storage fee is over 10000 and the rv is a total loss from water damage its value is 10500 i have the title no rv and state farm giving the run around and have gotten a call that the rv was going to be destroy if not payed soon i need this matter taken care of asap state farm told me the rvwas a loss and pending payout but now they are trying to push it off and ignore this pressing matter

      I beg to differ that State Farm has any compassion morals or values anything other than taking people’s money and vitiming victims…7mth of abuse after I burried my mom was rapped stalked and robbed put on Xanax life threatened by a man that works for a government agency I gave them all the information they asked for because I was unsure of what happened and my place was bought out they asked me was I crazy does Xanax case a person to lie said my life was not in peril danger and said I robbed myself basically refused to look at text messages of threats from the guy and his girlfriend that stalked my home…had me doing the investigators job that was upset cause she said I lied about where I bought coins from then when I got the receipt and asked her to call pawnshop she refused they have mentally abused me for dec to almost August with lies and games no one deserves to be treated as they have me they add insult to injury I’m off the Xanax and they have my blood pressure sooo high and had me in tears trying to understand how so many so called managers could be so incompetent… they give them vactions for abusing people … then I was lied to by customer complaints that said they were sorry for my treatment they would give my case to different management and they didn’t I had a panic attach and fear I’m gonna half to go in the hospital and be outback on Xanax and they have my blood pressure threw the roof … I wouldn’t wish the stress and abuse the have given me on my worse enemy .. I get the receipt the investigator say she couldn’t then they called it bogus and I had the manager talk with customer complaints to verify they were wrong they they just made up other lies not to pay me .. so after going threw the storm of my life ..they kicked me when I was down …
