    I’ve not experienced a more pathetic customer service than what uber offers. I’ve been dealing with them for days and days over an valuable item that was left in a vehicle. The unfortunate situation is that another associate I work with paid for the ride, and uber refuses to deal with me about trying to contact the driver. The payer did send his phone number to the driver multiple times with no response. He sent multiple emails to customer service attempting to assist me with getting the item, with zero luck. He emailed them, and copied me, stating to please contact me with further information about retrieving the item, no luck. I forwarded a screenshot of the ride we took with the driver information, no luck. I’m so discouraged with how disorganized this business is, and how they make it impossible to get ahold a driver when you weren’t the payer.

    Since Friday I had 3 rides. Two of the rides quoted me different prices than I was charged. The Friday ride was ordered just before a storm came in about 3pm. It said driver was to be 5 minutes. A few minutes later he was still 6 minutes away. I tried to cancel and got notified that I’d be charged a fee, so I kept the ride. It immediately went up in price by $4. It was still the SAME RIDE.

    On Sunday I was quoted $11,84? something close, I got in the car and looked down on my phone and the price went up to $15.99. 5 seconds. What happened?

    This is not a good business practice. It is, illegal akin to bait and switch.

    I can’t find another way to tell you why I am thinking of leaving Uber.Today was pretty bad. I’m thinking of switching to Lyft full time. Your GPS is not working too well as the last 3 pool rides either didn’t show up or came to the wrong location and then the driver canceled a few times and you charged me $6.00. The last driver cancel was on Mar 15 and you charged $6 that posted on my account on Mar 17.. I contacted you and was told you would cancel the charge but as of today, it still appears on my visa bill. Today, this is the story, and when I finally got picked up, your GPS pointed her in the wrong direction and she had to do some fancy lane hopping to make the U-turn. Then after waiting about 20 minutes it switched to a 3rd driver that said 7 minutes and finally came 10 minutes later. Finally arrived at 12:46. Ridiculous for a 10 minute ride.

    El dia Martes 26 de Febrero alrededor de las 6:30pm solicite un taxi de Uber, por telefono le pedi por favor al chofer si podia venir por la Puerta posterior del edificio ya que se me hacia mas facil transportar a mi madre que esta delicada y que es anciana, el chofer parece que se molesto porque me corto la linea ya no pude hablar con el y el chofer Cancelo el ride, es injusto que ahora me estan cobrando $5.00 como si yo hubiera cancelado el ride, el que cancelo fue el chofer, por favor Corrigan este abuso de algunos choferes y por favor retornen esos $5.00 a mi cuenta se los voy agradecer, gracias.

    Yes I have a trip from 619 Broadway Venice CA 9029123992 East Boulevard in Mar Vista Bowl CA 90066 the trip was a UberPool I was taking downtown and then have to go all the way back to Mar Vista Bowl to be dropped off I was charged on my account $39.65 I would like this money returned to me this is not my fault

    I have been trying to get my driver’s license from the Illinois side which is just a paper I live in Indiana I have sent in my photo of my Indiana driver’s license a photo of the Illinois paper that I got from the DMV waiting for a background check telling me that my insurance is not valid when it is how much more do I have to wait to get things done so that I can start driving in Indiana I’ve been texting customer service over the line and getting nowhere no one I can talk to in person no office I can go to in person where I can take this paperwork in

    The copy of the picture is exactly the way DMV took my original photo fir my new license and it’s a whole lot better than my first license I sent to you when I first started driving for you

    I am an Uber driver and have been so for nearly 3 years. It seems that my account has been suspended due to the incompetence of Uber not completing my background check when I moved from Indiana to Florida. This error has cost me over $500 and I am considering legal action against Uber. I have contacted Uber support and they have told me that Uber will not compensate me for the loss, even though they have admitted that this was and error on the part of Uber. I am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and will not allow anyone to treat me like yesterdays trash. If you continue to ignore this issue, you will force me to take legal action here in Florida.
