    My husband and I bought a Maui package to celebrate our 25th anniversary this year (we bought it 2 yrs ago, knowing we would use it on the 2nd year) week we were to go they had the unfortunate wild fires, so of course we cancelled and waited a respectable amount of time to call and rebook. The rep, very rudely said only had June dates available. Tried to explain working schedule, he didn’t care said take it or leave it, but you forfeit $2500 we paid if don’t go, no extensions.
    Called today to try to see if could change said could up until 9/9/24, so great! Anytime in aug. she said sorry no availability. Easy for them to say it’s not their hard earned $$ that losing!! Horrible customer service!

    Just interviewed for a F&B position in Kansas City with 2 of the most unqualified bafoons . They asked/read me 5 corporate question that had little or nothing to do with hospitality. These 2 idiots would have a hard time managing a Taco Bell.

    How disgusting is it that I went to interview at the Westin Hotel at the airport in atlanta, ga and Sara Hancock the women I was supposed to interview with LIED about not being there ? I literally spent the last I had trying to get to this interview and this happens!! Shame on you Westin

    I stayed at the westin in pasadena 3rd week in sept. I accidentally left some clothing there. I called after i got home and after 2 days i called backed and they said they have my clothes. I gave them a credit card numer to mail back to me. Its been over a month. I have spoken to 4 different people in the last 3 days and each one said let me look into it and call you back. I have received zero calls. I just want my clothes back. What am i supposed to do to make this happen? I work customer service and when i say im going to call someone back i do exactly that. Ive been very nice so far but am losing my patience.

      Hello, ME TOO and even worse. Did you get your stuff back? My very expensive Jewlery was locked in safe, they kicked us out of hotel, a nightmare, police told them NOT to open safe without us there and they were to call us in the morning when engineer
      arrived and they were to schedule a time for us to come and meet with the engineer. They never did. ANYONE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE PLEASE. Please call me I, text me, 949 813 3336 Lola

    On June 10th 2021 I booked a room for 1 night 06/26/2021 through expedia On the same day, I booked a room for the Westin downtown Atlanta through expedia and I wanted to cancel the booking at Buckhead Westin I called the Westin on June 10th 2021 to cancel my booking and the receptionist explained to me that they couldn’t cancel my room because I went through expedia. I called expedia and was on the phone for 2hours. Once I couldn’t get anyone I went to the live chat to cancel the Westin Buckhead reservation. Little did I know is that you couldn’t cancel through expedia, expedia told me I had to cancel through the hotel. Days later, the 323 dollars comes out of my bank account. I tried to call Westin Buckhead and I sent to voice-mail in the accounting department every single time. I was getting the runaround so I file a dispute with my bank and they told me to reach to the hotel. I tried to call this week and never received an callback. I sent an email to the hotel no response

    I stayed at the Hilton Head Island Westin resorts in SC on April 19-23 I paid in full $776.00 for 4 nights at the time I made the reservation. I was told I would pay a fee at time of check in, which was $50.00 and paid for an upgrade for another room, of $80.00 for the 4 nights of our stay. so I thought that was it.. I wasn’t told I would be charged for anything else..
    But when I got my credit card bill, it showed I was charged $218.56! I did call the billing department and spoke to a lady, she agreed it was too much.. it should have only been $138.56. She proceeded to tell me that it would take 5 -7 business days before I would see my refund. And gave me a case number..#267485822..I checked after 2 weeks of speaking to her, and still no refund. So I called again the billing department, and had to leave a message, twice!! The only thing I received from them was an email, ( how rude!!) showing a copy of all the fees they charged me for.. and I had paid in full at time of making my reservation, and they wanted to charge me more!! I don’t understand this, all I want is my refund..
