I am appalled at BB and Beyond. Taking Mike Lyndell’s pillows out of your store is absolutely ludicrous! All over your political agenda. Here is a man who turned his whole life around, a good Christian and patriotic. I have shopped in your store for many many years. I will never step foot in your store. Send all your coupons to your liberal and progressive friends who are destroying this country.

I too will never shop at Bed Bath & Beyond again.
Talk about prejudice. Corporations should run businesses without any political agenda. By banning My Pillow is just another notch of making America less freedom. I am afraid of what companies like you are doing to this country. You should be ashamed.

It is very unfortunate that Bed, Bath and Beyond has chosen the route of woke-ness and cancelling by boycotting My Pillow products. It is abhorrent for corporations to be playing politics anyway, never mind the fact that 74 million Americans are marginalized by this kind of petty behavior. What you need to realize is that this door swings both ways. By appeasing those who buy into trendy ideologies, you have also lost a significant part of your market share, one of which is me and numerous friends. Grow up, get a life and get out of politics.

I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again because of your political stance against MY PILLOW owner’s beliefs.
This is still the United States of America, is it not, where freedom of speech and belief is basic to our democracy ?
I think it is inappropriate for a company to take this kind of stance. But you are free to do so. This is still a free country until the cancel culture cancels that. And it is our freedom not to support your decision.

I will no longer be shopping at Bed bath and beyond due to your choice to stop selling My Pillow Products. This boycotting a company because of the owners political beliefs is un American. No matter what the owners political belief is, it should not be a consideration in your choice of selling a product. You stop selling a product because of the owners political views yet you will sell products from communist countries, such as China. My pillow products are made here in America. As I stated, I will no longer be purchasing any products from your company or any company that makes this type decision such as Kohls. My wife and her friends spend a lot of money at your store. We will no longer spend a penny there.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BED BATH AND BEYOND IS SHUTTING OVER 200 STORES OVER THE NEXT 2 YEARS. AS OF 2020. I WONDER IF THEY REALIZED THAT MIKE LINDELL OF “MY PILLOW” FAME HAS A BACKLOG OF ORDERS AND WE WILL NOT RECEIVE OUR TERRIFIC (MUCH HIGHER QUALITY THAN ANY BBB STORE COULD OFFER) WITHIN 3 TO 4 MONTHS. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TAKE IT UPON YOURSELVES TO BAN A VENDOR BECAUSE OF HIS OR HER POLITICAL BELIEFS. MY GUESS IS THAT BBB HAS NO WAITING TIME FOR DELIVERIES. ALTHOUGH, MY GUESS IS THAT “CUSTOMER SERVICE” PERSONNEL ARE EITHER BAILING OUT LIKE RATS ON A SINKING SHIP OR BBB IS LAYING OFF EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAZY. YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP FOLKS – AN IDIOTIC BUSINESS STRATEGY TO BEGIN WITH AND AN EVEN BIGGER IDIOTIC MOVE TO BAN ONE OF THE NATION’S MOST POPULAR BRANDS & PERSONALITIES, ALL BECAUSE OF HIS POLITICAL BELIEFS! FOR EVERY ONE PERSON WHO PRAISES THIS BUSINESS STRATEGY STUPIDITY, 50 MORE WILL CERTAINLY DESERT ANY COMPANY AGAINST THE FIRST AMENDMENT. AND MAKE THAT KNOWN BY SHOPPING ELSEWHERE.

This CANCEL CULTURE your company is participating in is garbage. I will no longer spend my money with a company that shows such disdain for its customers. I don’t care about your political views and in fact have stopped spending my money with any company that practices this B.S. CANCEL CULTURE. BED BATH AND BEYOND…. YOU AND ALL YOU SUBSIDIARIES ARE NOW CANCELED!!! Me and my family and friends will no longer participate with companies that continue to practice this PC ridiculousness. I’m not interested in “my pillow “ but I sure am interested in a company that thinks they can SHOVE their B.S. down my throat. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

I really hate how companies are now banning My Pillow because of the owner’s beliefs. I too think that the last election had some irregularities and I would like a commission to look into it. Since you obviously disagree then you won’t like it if I shop in your store. Just can’t wait until we have to show our voter id cards in order to buy groceries! Wrong party guess you starve. How very Un-American. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I hate boycotting but I am really sick of corporations siding with political parties. It does not go un-noticed.
Please be brave and neutral and trust Americans to make the the best decisions for themselves. I will avoid buying from any stores that pick sides.

It seems that half of this country, private, public and corporate have forgotten that there is another half to the country. For anyone in country to take the stand of cancelling people, opinions and differing views is completely un-American. There are 74 million Americans that voted for President Trump, not because they liked him, hell they don’t even know him, they choose him because of the platform he ran on. We voted for him because of shared views and values. We are not racist, white supremacists, terrorists or insurgents, we are people who want to see this country and her citizens put first before all else. If you wish to join the rest of the left on cancelling people, thoughts, ideas and values that are not the same as yours then we will cancel our kohl’s cards and have other options to shop. I for one along with many others I know will no longer need your service, so I will no longer spend my hard earned money in your establishment.

If you are trying to CANCEL. My pillows, I am going to do EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to CANCEL you.
This is AMERICA. we are a FREE SPEECH. country. You are mistaken if we will see other American’s free speech rights taken away without consequence. “ First they came for the Jews but I wasn’t a Jew so I didn’t care. Then they came for me”. SHAME, SHAME. SHAME on you,

Your company has committed fraud and theft! You took my money via credit card and shipped a partial order. The status on the web site states it has been shipped, but when you track the order the order, it states a label has been created with FedEx for shipping and waiting for them to pick up the order.

I called BBB customer service who states the product is coming from a third part vendor and not expected to ship for three weeks or more. They tried to blame FedEx for not picking it up but this is not true. I gave them the option to ship as I have already been billed or I will dispute the charge with the bank and then the entire order will not be paid!

The manager in the Philippines did not seam to care as all she could tell me was it will be shipped in the next month. I told her to cancel order and refund me or again, I will dispute the charge for failing to ship the order as billed. She stated this was not possible and would note the account. After more then one hour on the phone I stated again, what I will do and hung up!

All of you who are having problems with getting refunds, just dispute your charge with the bank! Simple as that and then maybe it will bet there attention!!!!

BBB is in BK and has been closing stores, it appears they don’t have the money to stock their online business but theft and fraud is not the way to conduct business! Is this why you do not list your corporate phone number or why your overseas customer service can not transfer a call to the U.S. management?

I have been trying to get a refund from bbb for several weeks now. My return package was received by them three weeks ago. It has still not been processed. Each time I call I have to wait over one hours to speak to someone about it. This is such poor customer service that I am never going to order from them again. The 20% coupons are just laughable.

I am terribly unhappy with your customer service. I have called twice; 6/15 and 6/19 and on hold 30 mins just to get NO SATISFACTION. order #BBR4000835030 is still in limbo. I got wrong replacement battery for Roomba so I returned it. 5/29 i was told it was shipping but i never got tracking number. I called on 6/15, with a 30min. ” ON HOLD ” wait, only to be told it would ship out and they would send me notification. No info sent so I called again on 6/19 to wait another 30 min. to be told it would be shipped out. I then told Mike (supervisor name was Roochie Mae)
that I wanted a credit instead so we were working on that. I would get notified about the credit.
HELP ME HELP ME!!!! I am done with your company. I just want my 89.99 credit back to my credit card. This has been too too long and please do not blame this on the Virus. Blame this on incompletence.

You’re making it too troublesome to shop on-line, always demanding I establish an account. I never had to join a club to walk through your doors. We know how to shop for what we want, when we want it and most of all HATE your endless e-mails/offers.
Clearly it’s your coupons that people look for, I didn’t sign on as secretary, communications director, IT head nor any other office work. Your insistence that one open an account (in my case just to track my order) boarders on harassment and actually can lose customers. It is easily possible to “over help” these days when most of us already have enough to concentrate on.
