    I am very concerned about this company reputation I have tried to get my $1000 deposit back since I left the unit in excellent condition. I have sent emails and calling the Sausalito management office more than 10 times with no answering. GreyStar does not provide customer service at all

    Good evening,
    I am a very concerned father. My daughter is trying to break her lease at Stone Arbor Residents in Oceanside, Ca. The reason being she is in a toxic relationship with her ex boyfriend. She has been seeking help from the Resident Manager name Paul but keeps getting the run around. Oceanside Police have come numerous times to their apartment and even arrested the dude once. I called the police for the last incident a couple of weeks ago and I am calling from Hawaii. My daughter needs to move near family. I am hoping someone in the company can help her out. All she wants to do is break the lease and move on with her life. Paul doesn’t seem to care. It is not like he won’t be able to fill the apartment with another resident. My daughter’s ex won’t sign the lease and except responsibility either because he’s trying to keep her there or being a coward. Paul knows the exact situation. My daughter has an opportunity for a better life in another state where family are eager to pick her up and help her. DO NOT let money jeopardize the safety of my daughter. I will hold Paul, and whoever else, responsible if anything bad happens to my daughter. I would have kept this private but there seems to be no email and nobody answers the phone number given. I also sent Paul an email via the website but no response yet.

    Hello , I’ve been trying to contact someone from your corporate office before you all sold the property here at Eleva in Katy , tx . Since I moved in , under your ownership I had a mold / mildew infested HVAC system . I’ve been to the Dr numerous of time and my Godson who hasu hun Asthma etc due to the severe mildew and mold . I requested this to be fixed and all your maintenance / front office Guys did was bleach the vent that had the mildew / mold showing .But now I have health issues because of it . I have tried to reach out before speaking with my lawyer . But I will take further actions if this is not made right somehow someway .

    To Whom it may concern,

    I have tried numerous times to get this situation rectified, with negative results. I keep getting bounced around to different people, who point the finger at a different part of the business. See below:

    I inquired about The Easley Apartments in early March, I started my new job March 7th, 2022. I paid a total of $450 for a unit and I was scheduled to move into the Easley Apartments on April 1st, 2022. The Link Apartments had an available apartment on March 9th, and I moved in on March 10th, 2022.

    I spoke with Toni on March 10th and told her that I would no longer be moving into the Easley Apartments because I was able to move into the Link Apartments. FYI, I was staying at the Extended Stay because I relocated from the Raleigh area. Toni told me a refund would be issued and it would take 2 to 3 weeks.

    I called back sometime in mid-April and spoke with Hunter. Hunter told me the refund was processed and the refund would be issued by the corporate office, Greystar. Hunter said the refund would be issued within 2 to 3 weeks, from this date, mid-April, and I said great.

    It is now May 26, 2022, and still no refund. I called and left a message and Hunter called me back today. Hunter reiterated it was out of their hands. She said the refund was processed and it would come from the corporate office. Hunter did state it could take up to 30 days. As you can see, the initial refund was processed on or about March 10th. Hunter suggested I contact someone from the corporate office, which I am doing. I will also cc Toni and Hunter a copy of this email.

    I am writing to find out if my refund has been processed, if so, what is the status. At this point, it is not so much about the money, but the lack of customer service. When I inquired about renting from the Easley, everyone was so nice and responsive, which made me want to rent from the Easley. I wish I received the same level of responsiveness regarding this matter.

    Good morning,

    I’m currently living in one of properties and have had mold and water damages that haven’t been fixed properly as well as other issues in my unit…the head leasing person is very unprofessional in handling problems.
    Secondly my rent went up in January this year and they just sent me another notice stating my rent is going up an additional 1350.00. Which is price gouging and on going racism in my complex.
    I have tried contacting greystar headquarters with no response back or answering calls. I need help before I get my lawyer involved in this matter

    This is the worst company to ask for help. I am currently living in one of your properties and being mishandled by the front office. I have tried calling the corporate office with no one answering. I need help. Greystar does not provide customer service at all and they are hard to get ahold of.
