    After so many bad shopping experiences, wrong orders, I was just about done. NOW your new TRUST & SAFETY program detected fraud because I ordered from Sprouts and THEN ORDERED UP at YOUR SUGGESTION from PETCO. That resulted in Instacart cancelling my order from PETCO under fraud detection, requested I scan in my credit card to verify that we are who we say we are. I did that and it cleared me to shop again. I ordered again from PETCO and AGAIN my order was cancelled. After calling in, sending a copy of my hubby’s driver’s license, following the email instructions, TRUST & SAFETY emails me AGAIN and asks me to provide yet the information again. Not doing it. I went to log in to my account to get customer support/help but my account is now locked! Check out this thread from the bottom up, and you’ll see why I’m NOW DONE with Instacart. Moved on to SHIPT!

    I have already scanned in my whole card twice and my hubby’s license and with more info than you should have access to today. I am NOT going in to resubmit a redacted card when you have already received more info than you should have.

    Hello, I opened my Instacart account in 2017. I recently became informed that my inquiry requests for incorrect/missing items have been ignored.

    If this is the case, (recent issue being Walmart order from Walmart Oct 6th, missing cat litter), I need to be informed, so that I can cancel my account. I currently order for my father and for me, ( separate addresses and separate credit cards), at least 4 times per week. I can limit my ordering to my Shipt account, which will be more accommodating to my issues regarding shopping errors.

    Please respond via email, so I can make a decision to my account status and future Instacart recommendation to friends and family, as soon as possible.

    I am writing you in regards to how horrible your service here is, I paid 100 dollars from an express membership, as when I was in the middle east I got shot and the bullet landed in me, behind my heart, the doctors not knowing what to do because surgery of a live round and location would be to risky, so they asked me to not pick up anything and stop driving as setting up can create fatality, so as you can see my health is a high risk level, my daughter who is solely dependent on me is now crying on the floor, she is crying on the floor because there is no food in my house, because your instacart shoppers decided that my order of 200 dollars was to large a order for them, I was informed of this by a customer service rep named Luis who picked up my phone call he suggested that I place multiple orders as it’s a inconvenience to the shopper, well do you know what a inconvenience to me, it’s a inconvenience to me that I have no food, it’s a inconvenience to me that I was shot, it was a inconvenience to me that the Bush regime funded isis, it was a inconvenience to me that I may face death as a result of them not being able to take a live round out, it’s a inconvenience to me that America funded a terrorist group and that I had to help evacuate the homms/saint George district of Syria so kids that was orphans would not be caught in a cross fire, GUESS WHAT IT IS A INCONVENIENCE FOR ME TO HAVE EVEN SURVIVED THAT ALL! And now you’re representative tells me it’s a inconvenience for my shopper to bring me food, (IM SORRY THAT OUR GOVERNMENT DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME, AS SOON AS HUMAN EUTHANASIA COMES AVAILABLE I WILL BE FIRST TO GET IT AS I’M SO TIRED OF BEING A INCONVENIENCE TO EVERYONE!) In saying until they make that legal I paid for an EXPRESS membership, a 100 dollar membership that you should take over those that did not pay, yes I know I want 200 worth of food and while you might think that it’s a lot please note that food has been marked up, and it’s even higher on the app, I’m sorry if me living is a issue for everyone! I am sorry that I felt the need to save the lives of the children of the Christian village of homms, please understand I am sure that due to injurious I got that most likely I will not be living a long period of time to inconvenience anyone as much as I inconvenience you all, but untell then my daughter is on the floor crying because she wants to eat, and I don’t have away to get her food, because I’m that ill, so please understand how I feel about being told that I should only order no more then 5 items at a time, I paid an express membership so I can have a entire week worth of food delivered to me, so it would not be a daily inconvenience to anyone, can you please please please please call your manager in the carroll county Arkansas location, and ask him why did my neighbors get there food delivered before me? When I placed my order days ago and it has been repeatedly moved, When they are not express and it was delivered with in a reasonable amount a time, can you please let him know that I am to sick to go shopping and this is why I have paid an Express membership, that if my health allowed me to do it that I would go shopping, In fact if my health allowed me that I would leave the house daily, I would pick flowers, go on bike rides, go to the store and go shopping daily, but the fact is, I’m sick, I’m a single mom that is to ill from a injury that happened as a result of me wanting to help those that was helpless, I know that this all is like a inconvenience to you all, but I really need my food, all 200 if I order daily I know that I might not get the food as your shoppers seems to be unreliable, so I want my full order all 200.00 of my order.

    I had used Intercart first time and was disappointed. I order from the store. I never received my order and was angry, frustrated, and disappointed. I went on the store website and filled out form for not receiving my order. I never heard from them. I would not order from them again. I contact the store and they told me to contact Untercart. Getting the run around

    I have used instacart countless times, generally without issue. In my area there are some outstanding shoppers who go above and beyond and give exemplary customer service.
    However my last transaction was an appalling disaster and disappointment. I doubt I use instacart again in the future.
    I personally always select substitutions when prompted after completing and order, to make it easier on both myself and the shopper. This last shopper I had showed a blatant disregard for my choices and grabbed whatever she wanted 3 of 1 item for 3 completely different substitutions, along with 1 item THAT I SPECIFICALLY SELECTED NOT TO BE SUBSTITUTED, SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO NOT ONLY SUBSTITUTE IT, BUT TO GIVE ME AN OUTDATED LIQUID VITAMIN SHOT THAT HAD A CLEARANCE STICKER OVER THE NAME OF THE PRODUCT. I HAD TO PEAL IT BACK TO EVEN FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS!!! Mind you, not 1 time did she attempt to contact me, nor send pictures in regards to her choices of substitutions. As I would’ve declined them because she literally got 3 of 1 item and the outdated vitamin C liquid shot.
    To add insult to injury, I entered a specific payment method to this order, this being the first time I used it on this service and I was charged on another account, which now has that account overdrawn. Which brings my total to just under $70. I reached out to customer service 3 different times, they refunded $15.74 for the items. Unacceptable as you have a shopper disregarding basic food safety. All the while acknowledging how they would feel if it happened to them. Then Ahmed the last person I spoke actually tried to say that the card number wasn’t on there to which i sent a screenshot of where it was. He then backtracked and said perhaps I didn’t hit the right payment method.
    How’s that when i fully typed in the card at the time of payment.

    I am Completely disgusted as well as disappointed and outraged. Such a lack of customer care, and zero brand standard being enforced. Then they have the audacity to ask if I want the shopper banned….I just told you she provided me with expired product, I don’t see where a question should follow that.
    In no way was this made right, I as a customer didn’t walk away feeling whole, heard, or appreciated. I actually felt worse, which in customer service of any kind shouldn’t happen. This is outrageous

    Thanks Instacart for reporting me to the irs but never sent me anything? Now it looks like I’m being deceptive when I truly forget I even did this as a side job! How can you send my form to the irs but not me? With everything that happened this year I truly didn’t remember working for you.
