    Yesterday I went in to the Kohl’s Lakeline store in Austin Texas to pay my bill and change an email address. The lady who took my payment was helpful and quickly took my payment. Then the trouble started. I went to the Customer Service desk to see how to change my Email address, when I asked they looked scared and no one knew what to do. They said you need to call the number. I inquired ,”What number” . A confused lady wrote down a number and I left. When I called the number it was only a fast busy. Look up the number on a search site, it was to no where. (BTW she took the number from a framed document and SHE wrote it. So I called the number on the card. 20 minutes in the phone with a women telling me why she could not change my email address , so nonsense about having 2 email , honestly she was hard to under stand. I responded , I have a emailed statement on an account , with this email, can you change it. She continues not to answer me. Ask for supervisor, connect me and the process repeats for another 20 minutes. Final I ask point blank, can you change my email address, she says no. it is not her dept. Ended the call. Being a former accounts receivable executive I thought who wants current information,COLLECTIONS Dept. Called them Email was changed in 5 minutes. Very simple. Called store manager at Lakeline, told him my story, his answer,” I have no control over this” Kohls customer service is TERRIBLE

    There s a safety concern at the Orchard Park Store. I have been involved with commercial safety for 30 years. I am seeing a potential accident at the cross walks at the store.
    There are stop signs on only one side of the drive way, opposite the store. Even though there’s a stop sign facing both way, cars closest to the store hardly stop. More than several times I have near misses with pedestrians thinking the car is going to stop, but it doesn’t.
    This could be easily rectified with a stop on both sides of the drive way.
    My wife and I shop there very often since the store open. Please be proactive, protect your customers.

    Today, I was shopping in the Kohl’s League City, Texas store. There were 2 middled aged sales associates setting up a display in the Purse Department. They were EXTREMELY loud, joking around and acting very UNPROFESSIONAL! I was in the store almost an hour and they did absolutely NOTHING in that time… except act like children. I was so annoyed that I put the things I planned to purchase back on the rack and left. Sales associates with this type of immature behavior should not be allowed to represent your franchise. I hope this situation will be addressed and this complaint will not be deleted and ignored. Please email or call me if you have any questions.

    I have all my regular payments made by credit card or direct deposit. We rarely use Kohls because the bill comes with a due date that happens quickly. I have asked my wife NOT to use their credit card because we always end up paying fees and penalties because of the late charges.

    I got rid of the Macy’s Sears,etc because I cannot sit and write check after check for these department stores..

    So I asked my wife to close THIS account because any savings she may have gotten is blown away by the additional charges. I suspect this nonsense of opening a Kohl’s charge is one reason my credit score has dropped lower in the past. What a crappy card.

    This is THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I am on day 10 of several calls to customer service – being pretty much an hour each time – because the manager(s) I requested did not do what they said they were going to do (nor did I receive my credit for being double charged for an e-gift card) on the days that they told me it would be cleared through my bank. EVERY time I’ve called I’ve had to explained the entire situation to whoever in customer services answers the phone. I get another BS answer, ask to speak with a manager and get more BS from a manager or get transferred to a black hole and have to call back again. I have been very patient until today. And now after another HOUR on the phone, ANOTHER manager has assured me that she put all the info in the notes file regarding the call , escalated the case and told me to call back next week if the credit has not yet come through. I have been hearing this for days..

    Ordered a magic set Nov 27th for grandson to be delivered to MN. By Dec 10 it was FINALLY going to arrive. Seems I made an error is zip code (04 instead of 74 ). Send BACK to warehouse. they would not send out again. I spoke to Kohls X3, Fed Ex, X2. Guess they hand off to the local post office (who should have recognized address) they will not resend…I do not get the sale price…!!! AND I paid shipping!! I send presents to IRELAND that got there faster! Very POOR customer service. Will NEVER order on line again!! I’ll be sure and let my grandson know why he did not get his magic set for Christmas. SHAME ON YOU!

    Good afternoon, I was in your Newark, Ohio store off Deo Drive yesterday (10/23) around 4 PM regarding a winter 3/4 overcoat. The lady in the customer service, not knowing, alleged the store didn’t sell such overcoats which was untrue due to the fact I purchased a CHAPs coat last winter. My concern is if the workers don’t know teach them to either know for sure or check with a manager. The store lost a sale. Regards,

    As a Kohls shopper for many years, I received an email stating that Kohls was having a mystery sale on Wednesday, Aug. 29th and upon opening the email it would inform you if you would receive a 20%, 30%, or a 40% discount on your purchase. It was a one day mystery sale and the coupon would be good for only that day and it was a one time use coupon. I received a 40% coupon on my phone. This was a first! I went to Kohls in NJ in the evening (which would be the only mystery day) and filled my cart with clothing for my grandkids only to find that when I went to the register, they were unable to scan the coupon code and give me the discount. There was no way to bypass the system for me to use the 40% discount. They had my phone in hand to prove that I had received this discount and was also informed that another customer that day also received 40% discount and hers worked just fine…Mine did not! So after spending hours choosing items for the grandkids, to my dismay I was unable to use the discount. What a disappointment…, why bother enticing your dedicated customers to shop only to find that it was possibly a hoax? I really hate to say this about Kohls since I have been patronizing the store since it’s existence in NJ…Not a respectful way to treat a customer.
