I received a email from you on the 5th of December that stated the order I made on the 27th of November would be on backorder for an extended period of time and to call your company and tell them what you wanted to do with the order………

I received a email from you on the 5th of December that stated the order I made on the 27th of November would be on backorder for an extended period of time and to call your company and tell them what you wanted to do with the order…………..I called and spoke to a person named Andy and told him that I would like to be cancel the order……..Then on the 7th of December I received another email stating that the order was shipped…………….I called right away and spoke to a Mary and told her….NO……that I no longer wanted the order and that I had cancelled it in the 5th. I spend the day on Saturday the 5th out shopping replacing the bedding that I no longer was getting from your company…………..while on that phone Mary I spoke to a number of different people (supervisors named Michael and Louisa)…………Michael disconnected me after I complained about a roaster crowing in the back-round….. I then called back and spoke to a person named Jerald…who stated that he would refund the bedding…..and after awhile he stated he need to connect to another supervisor who could cancel an order for that amount and then I was connected to Louisa she stated that it was cancelled……This whole process told about 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone……….All this and you still charged me ……..for a cancelled since I can not get you to cancel an order I call my bank and told them the issue and wanted to dispute the charge… WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY……..I WILL NEVER ORDER OR GO INTO YOUR STORE AGAIN………

Opened Macy’s credit card yesterday; Placed on line order which was canceled by consumer protection department due to email address issue. Spent over one hour with Consumer protection to verify my phone number, with all latest and greatest technology the Consumer protection supervisor was not able to send a text on my phone, and no alternative verification was available. I am closing my Macy’s credit and definately will not consider any business with your company! I am not going to force anyone to accept my earnings and spent my time over nonsense communication.

Been following your Black Friday sales for a few weeks. You advertised a black and decker iron regularly 33.99 on sale for 3.99. I have been checking 3 times a day. Checked this morning at 9 and said “coming soon”. 1 hour later said sold out. I truly wonder if you ever had them. I have been a true Macy’s customer for over 30 years, but I have lost confidence in you. I do believe that was false advertising. In today’s times, you should be doing all you can to keep customers, not turn them away. Very disappointed. Everyone is offering deals now. Will be going elsewhere after the bad experience
