How stupid can you be ? Your job is to make shoes and etc. If want to be political… run for office you moron.
Remember Sears ? Who would have thought? Keep putting your nose where it doesn’t belong and that will be Nike? Like so many others I will never purchase Nike products again and will encourage everyone I know to follow. Perhaps making fun of your product and its buyers will bring you get your attention because after all, you simply are not important to the grand scheme of life. You just make sports products. In reality, you offer nothing of real consequence to our country. Can’t say it enough…. How stupid can you be?

    Hello, NIKE,
I have been reading the negative comments in reference to your boneheaded decision to please that POS Kaepernick, and alienate the majority of your customers.
My wife worked for your company for 17 years at your Beaverton campus, as a result we WERE strong Nike buyers, no more.
I am sure you are aware that less than 1% of your customers that are disappointed in your idiotic decision, will go to the trouble of responding via email, letter or phone call, these comments are just the tip of the iceberg, you’ve got trouble, I wonder what Phil is thinking?
Oh by the way, I just bought puts on your stock

RE: Betsy Ross Flag Nike shoe. Nike know the history of America before you allow an airhead like Kaepernick to make decisions for you. Betsy Ross was an Abolitionist working to free slaves!!!!

Good for you Mary. Nike has a bunch of cowards running their company. Here’s a guy worth 20 million and he’s crying that the Betsy Ross Flag Nike shoe bothers him and because of one spoiled ex football player Nike caves. Give me a break. One other thing. He quoted Frederick Douglas, well Douglas had something to complain about, Kapernick has nothing to complain about. Get out of this country Kapernick you spoiled cry baby.

New look for new shoe, how about a solid black shoe with a RED check mark for COMMUNISM as that’s what you are pushing now! Nike should be ashamed of itself for COWERING to the whims of an out of work, NO GOOD ex football player or bench sitter is more appropriate. I will NEVER buy another nike product, Sketchers feel pretty good on my feet, and just saw where NEW BALANCE he’s a new RED, WHITE, and BLUE shoe out that I WILL spend money on. I hope colin has enough money to support nike!

If you don’t stand for something, you will stand for nothing. I will never buy another one of your products. You are now nothing to me. I do not know how many will agree with me. If enough do, perhaps we can lower your bottom line.

I am sadly disappointed in Nike pulling Betsy Ross sneakers. It may not seem like a lot to NIke but as a mom of five children who are all heavily involved in sports, I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY FURTHER NIKE ITEMS. I guess I can thank the ex-football player who now seems to be your spokesperson for saving me tons of money since I will not be buying Nike products. You may want to rethink your strategy and be more thoughtful of the American Flag and the men and women who died protecting it.

As an American Citizen it was sad to see Nike’s Anti-American position today. Yes I will fight for Nike’s right to conduct your business as you see fit. But as a consumer I reserve the right to how I use my hard earned money when purchasing goods and services. Nike products will not be on our list of bought by our family, and if I can do the same to influence friends I will do my best. Have a safe and enjoyable 4th of July.

Horrible PR pulling Betsy Ross flag sneakers!!!
I supported Colin Kaepernick’s choice to sit during the national anthem. I supported Nike supporting him with a platform to express his views. BUT I WILL NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT BOWS TO PRESSURE AND PULLS A PRODUCT THAT CELEBRATES OUR NATION !! SERIOUSLY!!! Should we stop celebrating the 4th of July too?? Didn’t Kaepernick specifically state, way back when, his issue wasn’t with the flag and what it represents, but has an issue with inequality of race under that flag? It seems that Nike and Kaepernick are becoming what they strive to bring attention to, equality based solely on a few.

Previously purchased multiple pairs of these as they were a perfect fit for me, but have now exhausted my supply. Have tried to search for these to no avail……….Not In Stock.
Nike’s activating this model will surely be sought out by the public.

i have been purchasing nike’s for years, I have problem with my feet. your sneakers are getting more narrow & harder for me to find any to fit my feet. I have always bought the shox or ones with air pockets on the soles.I have seen a pair but when I looked at them closer they had elastic around the opening which also makes it difficult for me to get my foot in & also the sales person told me alot of people don’t like them. Can’t you please make changes in the making of your shoes especially for people who have problems with their feet.

IMO, Nike corporate Simple minds: Please Look at Mike Rowe’s Facebook page. NIKE should have honored Tom Burnett, one of the men who led the charge on Flight 93, a REAL hero. Instead Nike chose a spoiled brat QB who has been coddled all his life for playing a game, who does NOT understand what true sacrifice is.
Go to Arlington National Cemetery or any other National Cemetery across the country, those are real hero’s.
If it wasn’t for the real hero’s from WWI and WWII there would be no football.

Yes, Police brutality is an issue, just ask the man shot and killed in Dallas in his own apartment. Where the police say that, “I gave him a command and he did not respond”? In his own house, when a cop breaks in to the wrong apartment is your defense? What crock of BS. Many cases I have seen have proven that the police have a Blue Shield that protects them even when they kill people, no matter what race.
How about Lobbying for Federal Training requirements for Police, including de-escalation, and emotional training dealing with the tunnel vision created by adrenaline during intense situations and actual hand to hand combat skills.
So with advanced training, Cops don’t always have to shoot first and take a paid vacation later and get off for murdering people. Most police forces say they have enough training due to money constraints, but the everyday tax payer is paying for these huge settlements made by the organizations that protect the bad cops. We don’t have enough money for training, but we sure like to pay out for law suites by bad cops.
So who protects the people from the bad cops?
A true plan to try improve Police skills, not some disrespectful protest that does NOT give the dead men and women of all races respect. They are the ones who made this country what it is today.
Just do something worthwhile instead of creating more divisions in the Country from people who understand
where and what freedom means, and the sacrifices made by true American hero’s.

IMO ,Kaepernick is clown, who NIKE has anointed a hero.
I will go out of my way to never buy NIKE products again has long as NIKE supports this Bozo QB and his disrespectful nature and arrogance. Tell him to get a real job, that is not a game and go away.

    Regretfully,

I am disappointed in Nike for using Kaepernick as your spokesman. His attitude of hate America, law enforcement, and military along with is his communists and racism views is a bad influence on American youth. It is a bad reflection on Nike by supporting these views

Congratulations Nike. You are on the right side of history. Kaepernick is exercising his 1st amendment rights. That takes courage in this hostile political environment. My Grandfather and Uncles served in World War 2 and the Korean war for this country. My husband retired from the Navy and served during Viet Nam. My son is in the Army and has been to Iraq and Afghanistan.

My family has fought for our freedoms. I’ll continue to purchase Nike brand. That’s my freedom. That’s what our service men fight for is our freedom. I don’t think our soldiers and sailors were putting their lives on the line so everyone will stand for the flag even when there is social injustice.

Thank you Nike for stepping up and supporting the right of peaceful protest. I love my country; I cry when I hear the national anthem; I respect the military. I am old enough to have been a teenager when JFK was shot, along with Martin Luther King, Bobby Kennedy, and other civil rights leaders. I lived through the divisiveness of the Vietnam War and the riots in LA, Chicago, Washington DC over civil rights and the war. I am white, was a single mother who put herself through college and law school in her 30’s. These are the darkest times I remember for my country, starting at the very top of leadership. You made a courageous move and I intend to support you with many more dollars spent on grandchildren’s shoes and apparel. You will be our number one choice from now on.

    Hi,

I just wanted to express my complete dismay and apprehension at your recent pick of spokesperson namely one Colin Kapernick whom has a complete disregard for policeman and our military as well as this country as a whole. I guess you have decided to take his side which puts you at odds with a good swath of this population. I have to ask myself why you continue to market yourself in a country that you have disdain for.

Colin Kapernich started out as a quarterback with unique abilities but as time worn on he wasn’t able to establish himself as a viable starting quarterback any longer Instead of accepting that fact he claims racism even though he has made far more money in his lifetime that what most people will see. He has completely slandered our police officers and the difficult jobs they do. I loved seeing his pig socks….what a wonderful message to our children.

What you have done is completely wrong. You just slapped every police officer and military personnel in the face. Did you bother to notice that the NFL lost 20% of their audience ? I guess Colin isn’t the only one who will sacrifice and lose everything. You made a huge mistake wading into politics. I put country before all else and that includes sports and especially the products I buy.

If you hate this country so bad then leave. We’ll do just fine without you !

I am done buying Nike products and will never set foot in one of your stores again. You want to fight with us consumers go ahead. We’ll talk with our wallets ! GOODBYE and God Bless America !

I disagree with Nike company decision to use Kaepernick as their spokesperson. He is NOT my hero and protesting during the raising of the flag and playing the national anthem is anti-American. My decision has nothing to do with President Trump. I am a retired Army veteran, and I don’t like people who don’t respect our constitution.

Supporting kneeling during the anthem and the abatment of American ideals for social-political purposes? As a proud US citizen I will never again purchase any of your products. Your CEO is concerned with “being on the right side of history” while Nike has consistently been embroiled in child labor practices that would make circa 1890’s JD Rockefeller blush! The only side of history Nike is about to be on is that of being history as a viable company.
