I have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. I have a business account. I filed a claim for a black screen on the phone. They sent me a box to return the device. Device was sent next day. S10 plus is what was returned to the they sent me a S10 as a replacement 1st mistake. Called to have device replaced for correct replacement and instead of informing me that they were out of replacement phone they just sent what they had. I took it upon myself to purchase another phone elsewhere just as a backup just in case. 3 consecutive months the company issued money on my account because the phone was not in stock. Finally after 5 months the phone was shipped and I was pleased. Fast forward 4 months I received a bill for over 1000 dollars. They stated first I hadn’t returned the defective phone, then I hadn’t returned the replacement phone S10 when I purchased the S10 plus. I have given them tracking numbers that have been delivered to the warehouse but no one can find the phone. Why are you not contacting UPS. I have given you the tracking information and it is showing delivered to your warehouse. Why are you asking me for something I have no control over. It’s your tracking number. It left Virginia Beach and showing being delivered to your warehouse. Go to the shipment delivery for that day. Then go to UPS . I have my receipt showing shipped. Once I drop it off it’s not my responsibility UPS and Tmoibe is responsible. Thank God I have my receipts showing I shipped it. $1500 dollars for a phone I paid for and kept insurance on. You trying to get paid 3 times for 1 phone. T-Mobile sent me the shipping labels. I wonder how many people didn’t keep their tracking numbers. I warn everyone I speak to. You pick the wrong one this time this business owner keeps everything dealing with the business. THEY ASK WHAT THE TRACKING NUMBERS. YOU SENT THEM TO ME. DID NOT THINK I HAD COPY OF THEM. WRONG AGAIN. DATE AND TIME IT WAS DROPPED OFF. Very disappointed.

T-Mobile is the worst. I can’t stress enough how bad this company is and how you should avoid it at all cost. Check out the video series I did by searching “danger t mobile victor hugo vaca” in any search engine. You will be shocked at how bad the customer service is.

May 29,2022 was suppose to get a replacement phone. Was informed it was cancelled. June 20 told it was canceled because it wasn’t picked up was never informed it was in. My daughter went to the store I was told to put her on the account so she could pick it up. She didn’t pick it up.. Was told it would have to be delivered to home. Was told it was delivered to home 6/27/22. Never got. Notified them again july 6,2022.
Got an email about lost hand set order. I didn’t order any handset. I ordered a free replacement phone which I probably will never get.
Also because my bank screwed up on getting my bank card on time to get the automatic bill paid I was charged over $100 when my bill was only always $50. I notified them the reason it wasn’t paid on time and they would be when I got my card. This month I was charged over $50.. I was told this was a late fee for the previous month. Why did they take the $100+ for then i only missed the one month? This company can’t be trusted to do what they should and I hope if you know anybody that wants to go with this company you help them find a different one. They are alright until you run into a problem then forget it. You won’t get the help you need. I’ve wasted practically 2 months to get the outcome I deserve and probably never will. They could have easily given the phone to my daughter after I put her on my account as told but that didn’t happen. I had to buy another phone while trying to get the one that never came.

    Hello,

I hope I get a rapid phone call back. I am very upset new customer. I open and trade in my verizon I-phobe when I open the new account with t-mobile.
I was told that I was given 800 dollars for the trade in for my I-phone. Now, My bill does not reflect that information.
I called your customer service and every time I call it takes 2 to 3 hours to get someone. The customerservice you have working are from another country and sometimes it is hard to understand when they talk to you.
They don’t see the 800 dollars I got as a credit when I open my T-mobile account a month ago.
Please call me at 973-900-3612 Marcos Arteaga. I am under my relative’s account Olga Ricaldi. She is also tired of calling not being able to resolve it. You can always reach her at 973-934-7423.
This is my last attempt to resolve this matter before the bill is due 7/1/2022. Otherwise, I will proceeed with legal actions.
Your store also gave me an Internet tower to try for 1 month so I was told but, wen I return it, I was charged for the days I had it. This does not reflect on my account also.

    Sincerely,
    Marcos Arteaga

If you are looking at getting the home internet be prepared to have major problems creating a login id unless you already have a cell phone account with them. I have been trying for a month and no one can seem to get the issue resolved. Spent several hours with several different representatives trying the same things only to get the same error code (F451: seems like we have our wires crossed, please try again) when trying to create a log in ID.

This has happened to me too. I have called and talked to so many people and they fix my problem only to turn around and have the same problem the following month. I want out of this company now as I’m sick of being overcharged. I have been trying to get help since November 2021. Today I spoke to another very nice and helpful person only to get cut off and the line went dead. They could have called me back but they didn’t. So here I am again back to square one again. So sick of it!!
