When is Sheetz going to open the area for dining in? Nobody likes eating outside in the wind and cold. Can’t help but believe this is a violation of an individual person’s God-given unalienable rights. For Sheetz to say the order is by the governor, employees have to ask… Are we state employees, entitled to state benefits? In business, we were taught that the customer is ALWAYS right.

We offer 24 /7 service and support with regards to POS, Networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, ETC I would just like someone to reach out to me and let me know what I do need to do. THANK YOU

This is a waste of time to put on here , but I went to the sheetz store at Mount Joy township, in Lancaster Pa to buy a drink that cost $1.99 , and gave the teenage college lack of education girl two American dollars and instead of giving me a penny change she stated that (THEY HAVE NO CHANGE ,AND THAT SHE IS SORRY) Now I said what happen to my change, and she said that they have no pennies to give back to me. Now normally I would of not said a word about it, but with this so called ( fake coin shortage the government has full control of) the stores are keeping the change that we normally are getting back. And if the stores are doing this to every customer they meet somebody is going to profit from it. Now if I buy something from they and try not giving them the exact change and say that I don’t have the necessary coins, they can arrest me for retail thief, but I have to just take it from the thieves when they do it with me. This has to stop, it is not the customers fault they have no change for us but their own.

I just recently purchased gas using my sheets card and my sheets Visa card and was only given a 5 cent discount instead of 8 cents. Has your policy changed. I got the gas at the s Market St Mechanicsburg #201

Your company is charging $5.99 for sanitizer that sells for $1 elsewhere. That is price gouging and a horrible thing to do when many are in a financial crisis and need this product. Do the right thing and charge an affordable price. Please reply back to me on this matter.

I am sending this email to complain about your new gas pump ATM policy of deducting $70 from a person’s bank account when they try to get gas. I work every day, I have a job that is considered ESSENTIAL during this Pandemic insanity. I stopped to get gas on my way home at the store in Portage, Pa. I have a balance of $69.70 in my bank account, all I wanted was $20 worth of gas for work. It refused my transaction saying INSUFFICIENT FUNDS! I shouldn’t have to put on a mask and rubber gloves to physically go into your store risking my health and the health of others to conduct a transaction that could be done at the pump! Social Distancing! Remember? I don’t know who the college educated “Poindexter” is who devised this anti theft policy, but they turned your “Convenience” store into a huge throbbing pain in the gas!! I have been a loyal Sheetz customer for 30 years, but I’m done. You make people feel like dirt. I hope you’re proud of your new policy.

I was in the sheetz location in Punxsutawney on Monday April 13 2020. At around 5pm. I witnessed what looked like a manger with the name tag Dustin had lots of tattoos and obviously was under the influence of something had rapid eye movements. Flirting with another employee instead of making my food in a timely matter. He was winking at young girl and reached over top of her and put ketchup on her hotdogs while smiling and bumping into her. It looked like sexual harassment to me. I don’t know if this made the young lady uncomfortable or not but she was not expecting it. Those are completely inappropriate reactions for a manager position and I hope sheetz has better policies on sexual harrasment and appropriate work conduct I’d like to not see this when I get my food. I thought employees were supposed to be professional and it looks like this manager is abusing his authority. Please take care of this matter there are enough predators that abuse power. Feel free to email me back with any questions it would be nice to know if discpelinary actions where actually followed thru this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Thank for looking into the matter Christopher Smith

    Hello,
I am writing today in hopes that perhaps the Sheetz Corporation could help a friend of mine.

Recently, an article in the Altoona Mirror (Monday, December 2, 2019) Cindy Burget , a disabled artist was featured. Amanda Drum wrote a very good expose on Cindy detailing her artwork, but also talking about her many disabilities, ie Lupus, Raynauds Syndrome, Arthritis, and Fibromyalgia. It described how difficult it is for Cindy to get around outside her apartment, in grocery stores, department stores, and outside venues. Because Lupus is an autoimmune disease, it has destroyed Cindy’s cartilage in her knees and hips making walking a painful experience. Now even her lungs are filling with plaque making breathing labored and her heart to work overtime. Also, Cindy was a member of the US Army until her diagnosis made her enlistment impossible to finish. She was discharged by reason of a medical discharge. Written in the article, the need for a scooter was touched upon, but I would like to bring this need to you today.

Christmas is a time of giving and I know that the Sheetz family does a lot for the community as a whole. My reason for bringing my friend to your attention is only to ask that perhaps you could find a used scooter (that disassembles to fit into her car) that could make Cindy’s life a little easier. Mobility isn’t something we who don’t have these issues usually think about, but take for granted. But watching my friend struggle to get around makes me realize how blessed I am, and makes me wish I myself could help her! So, that is what I am attempting to do here with this email. I am laying this request before you and hoping you can make it a reality.

Thank you for your time and consideration. God bless and Merry Christmas!

I got an email from you about my card saying that I was able to get gas at the pump and pay for it inside. But that doesn’t work in Franklin county. Am I wrong or not. Could I get an answer from you about this please.
    Thanks
    Rolan
