    You store/office in Amarillo Texas are very rude they made a mistake they fix part of it and said the other would take 24 hour and that was over a week ago and it still is not fixed and we you call them and ask them why it is not working they just hang up on and refuses to talk to you about it. I know several people personally they has dropped suddenlink for either the new cable company here are for dish or direct TV because your service is being to such people being out of service for a week to horribly customer service.

      My email to Suddenlink /altice : I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I have overpaid for phone and poor connection from Suddenlink. I wish I could say something positive but I have had nothing but horrible experience with your company.
      Especially in today’s “pandemic” times, internet connection is more important than ever. We have had no service since Tuesday evening, September 14th. We have not been able to do work or school the last few days. I have called every day since, having to explain everything all over again, multiple times after being transferred several times. And still no one can seem to get my service on. You are an internet provider. I don’t know why This is so difficult. Every rep I have talked to can’t seem to tell me why it was disconnected and seem baffled how to get it going. By the end of the call (some over an hour long), they guarantee me it will be up in a few hours. And here we are Saturday evening, no internet or phone. The guy I spoke to yesterday said he was scheduling a technician to come out today. Between 2-5pm. It’s 2020 so I don’t know why we need a tech to come out. It should all be able to be done remotely. We scheduled our whole day around this and no one came. So once again I call. And get transferred and explain again. They show no record of an appointment today. And again he guarantees me he can have it by 6:30 pm and of course he can do it remotely. Well still nothing.
      This is VERY frustrating. Would you tolerate this service or lack of?
      Can anyone do anything to get our service back up? I am ready to switch providers. Suddenlink obviously doesn’t care.

    it is correct , suddenlink is the most horrible in customer service. did not use to be this way when it was Suddenlink and not Atlice an the customer service was local until 8 pm est and then it went to Texas. now they will not help you and I frustrated with their service. I had a problem with my internet and the wifi that I rented from suddenlink monthly. I had it installed by suddenlink 4 years ago. this idiot from another country said they did not send a technician for wifi on the modeum and suddenlink never had. that was a lie as of 4 years ago. I was told all equipment would be serviced by suddenlink IF i rented it from them. well this idiot said I was lying and i asked for asupervisor and he would not transfer my call. He would not even help me. I told him I worked in customer service and this was not customer service. I am not happy with them and they need to get their act together and bring customer service back to the United States of America.

    This company is the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. They are horrible! The customer service is horrible! You try to get somebody in the United States and they lie to you, and tell you they are from Wisconsin or Texas and you can’t understand them. My bills every month are different and nothing has changed. They have overcharged me, and say I’m late on bills when I am not. And they tell me they can’t remove late fees. Always ask for employee name and I.d # every person has given me a different bill amount every month! From 48.44 to 68.10 NOW 85.65 these people are STUPID! And it’s ONLY BASIC CABLE! And you can’t fix STUPID! Look out for these employees Malek Employee # DSTX6030 Horrible customer service! I had to call back and this guy was no better Hossam work I.D BA5 RUDE! Stupid!! Does not get customer service, and warned me for raising my voice because of my frustration that he would hang up on me. After an hour of this guy NOT getting it and asking others what to do, I hung up. This is the WORST company Anyone can deal with. RUN! I believe I’m going to disconnect them and only use Netflix and Hulu. It would be cheaper and consistent and Billy.

    I have been trying for 5 months to get someone to come out to change my modem to the internet and they keep scheduling but no one shows up if there was another company with the cable that come threw here I would switch in less than a heartbeat. they over charge me every month and they are getting by with it to!

    After 3 days of being LIED to about one of my TIVO devices< (one rep said it was connected, then after 2 hours on the phone with some foreign guy who said he couldn't find it), my TIVO is STILL not working. It shows on the Settings/whole house that it is blocked. The bill will be pd tomorrow and everything else is working except the TIVO in my room, which is the most used one. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?????

    SuddenLink Billing, yesterday I spend 2 hours on hold, are Billing sent e-mail due 10.11.19 tomorrow has not arrived..So had to speak with Agent or anybody just to rely the message and note my account…that it will be late. So today the Back recommended Stop payment, they could not locate the Billing per Reference # So at this time now, I started another call to speak to an Agent again today, Started at 11:30 it is now 12:19 still on hold with Suddenlink to let someone know my payment was Stop by back safety reasons, no show. Just so you know as I am typing I have been DISCONNECTED right now…at 12:23 needing to let someone know the payment was cancelled…This is extremely disturbing behavior for a Corporate against their customers. Actually was told by some Robot “you don’t need Customer Service” … there are many things customer need to say over the phone to a LIVE person. Now unless someone help us, you know SUPPORT Agent…my payment will be late. Also, this Payment went to the same Location, but the P.O.BOX number was the only change…as follows: New address we recieve was POBox 742698 Cincinnati, OH. 45274- 2698 The one we have alway used was PO.Box 724535 Cincinnati, OH, 75274-2535….Can you please tell us the correct address for this payment, seems it is going to the same area, only the last three number on Po.Box have been changed. Please contact as soon as possible, regarding mailing address being correct…need to get this payment resolved. Would also like to mention the numerous time we are disconnected during the mornings, yet there are never any outages…or any help to assist us when we call about things…As of now someone disconnect my call that was suppose to be a 20 minute wait..turned into another hour today with disconnect while type this message…seems someone is able to see my search online for PHONE NUMBER TO GET SUPPORT assistant..perhaps.
