    Dear Sirs;
    I do not have a CANADIAN HEAD OFFICE phone number . I have tried to purchase a dishwasher at HOME DEPOT Winnipeg ,Canada location at 1999 BISHOP GRANDIN BLVD ( PHONE 204-253-9411.)

    The purchase involved two WINNIPEG HOME DEPOT outlets. The first order for a dishwasher was not completed as an due to a credit card password USED IN error FOR my wife’s credit card with three efforts on my part with my wife at my side . I did not succeed. The purchase was cancelled ; however I was not returned the sum paid by me at the ST VITAL, WINNIPEG, MANITOBA location.

    An important point was that I had credited the cost of the KITCHEN DISHWASHER with two payments from my bank account first and then asked my wife to allow me to use her bank account for the final portion since I had not enough money in my bank account. She gave me permission at my side at HOME DEPOT ; BUT I SPOILED the PASSWORD entry 3 times and could not finish the transaction . The HOME DEPOT administrator then tried to delete my two payments at this moment of $ 200.00 and $ 522.63 . She did not ACHIEVE TO REMOVE the amounts of two payments I had made . My payments appeared on my BANK ACCOUNT PRINT OUT for my portion of the payments . I HAVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION of THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT at ST VITAL. and DATE NO CREDIT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ME.

    I did instruct the staff to cancel the purchase ; in an effort to do so the clerical staff could not retrieve my payments for her to see which are deducted from my bank account presently . She explained in trying to delete the purchase that she could no delete my payment and refund my payment from my bank as there the computer would not respond. The next day we went to another HOME DEPOT IN THE CITY AND MADE the purchase there.

    Here is the most important testimony . So that purchase of the dishwasher was not paid for entirely and the order was cancelled ; but the employee advised me the she could not delete the purchase credits I had already paid . The effort failed and money is owed to me. THE amount owing to me is $722.63 .

    So no purchase or delivery exists at BISHOP GRANDIN LOCATION ; the order is cancelled and it was Today JUNE 24, 2019 that I went to a HOME Depot on KENASTON BLVD in WINNIPEG, MANITOBA and purchased a DISHWASHER AND IT WAS PAID with VISA and the dishwasher is to arrive and delivered to me in approximately 10 days.

    On JUNE 24, 2019 two debits were used from my account at TORONTO DOMNION BANK IN WINNIPEG; one for . ONE OF $522.63 and $200.00 to transact my purchAse at the Winnipeg, ST. VITAL STORE THE REASON FOR THESE TWO AMOUNTS WAS TO ASSURE MYSELF of not exceeding what was in the bank account . An effort to pay the balance owing was with my wife’s account to avoid a bank overdraft in my bank account ; We ran out of effort to pay the balance due to a password error on my part with three efforts expired for use of the banking account. with my wife present using her banking account .

    I did however purchase a new dishwasher at the KENASTON BLVD outlet in Winnipeg the following day. The

    My $722.63 payments at the 1999 BISHOP GRANDIN BLVD LOCATION WERE NOT RETURND to me as the admin. staff tried to delete the $722.63 payments could not complete the refund for the cancellation of the buy at BISHOP GRANDIN location the prior evening. The sum of $200.00 and $522.63 correlate to the purchase of the dishwasher at ST ANNE’S LOCATION. The prior evening the lady clerk stated she could not credit my payments back to me ; she said in her terms the actuality that the computer was not responding to her efforts.

    I will be supplying the ST VITAL, WINNIPEG , OUTLET about the correspondence I have made with the US AMINITRATIVE CORPORATE PARENT ENTITY .

    Why 2 payments was my reasoning for the first payments was trying to establish a part payment from me
    using my bank account and another from her account so as to not over-withdraw from my bank. ; I thought her rejections of payments were due to ” not enough money in her account .” I had her password as not correct and I did not succeed in payment for the dish washer at BISHOP GRANDIN LOCATION due to a password issue with my wifes banking. Three tries at the password left my wife unable to pay a portion left and the purchase cancelled in ST VITAL and I await a call for my refund . As said earlier I have paid for delivery at the other outlet at KENASTAN BOULEVARD . PS-i REALIZE i HAVE BEEN REPETETIVE . PLEASE RESPOND BY E-MAIL THAT THIS ISSUE CAN TERMINATE . I WILL MAKE ST VITAL LOCATION AWARE THAT I E-MAILED YOUR HEAD OFFICE MY SITUATION. I CHEATED NO ONE.
    The delivery order for that Bishop Grandin OUTLET IS NON EXISTENT as there was no final order was replaced there. I desire to have the extra credits given back to me since the purchase was cancelled .

    The KENASTON BLVD location has been paid for my DISHWASHER purchase order to be in the next few days .

    I am 80 today, on social security, a widow alone. For years I paid on an old Home depot card, with fraudulent charges I couldn’t remove because the person was a relative–unstable–that I refused to have arrested. I just wanted relief which you would not give me. So I stopped charging years ago and asked to have the interest rate lowered. I was refused that request because it was a dormant account. I continued paying year after year until this year when I had No resources to continue paying you. I tried to talk with people but was treated rudely every time. I am continually harassed and you have turned me over for collection. My health is impaired. When I die–which could be at any time–there will be nothing for you. So please stop calling me or sending me e-mails. Disheartened about Home Depot that I once believed in. Nora Vincent.
