    Yes, I’ve been trying to purchase one pair of boots online, sold out came back bought got order processing # confirm, then cancel, did same process 4 more times, then same cancel with “transmission information issyes”???? No one person can talk live to me to explain this issue, now bots sold out again 8/12/21…why is ZARA soooo difficult to shop with…been loooong time customer for YEARS, but, before COVID, even store manager ‘s in Dallas, Texas say, they have hands tiedown too…NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! ! Still no answers just case # filed, unbelievable, “SHOPPING JAIL “¿¿¿¿¿

    I got offered a job here and ever since ive been looking for the corporate number . I came to fill out the paperwork but for some reason the manager seemed to be standing over me i nibdly asked him for a little space playfully to secure my job , he stepped back but it seems like all hell broke loose after that . They called me back to the store to fill out the same paperwork 4 times the same exact tax credit form 4 times . The last attempt the store manager called me and said” hello is this really you ” , and informed me to go to the ssn building and said they called him and said come to the office to speak with me . I then inquired about it and told him nothing was ever invalid and wondered why the ssn building will be communicating with him before first contacting me . He then changed it up and informed me that the number was written sloppy insinuating and that i would have to come fill out that paperwork all over again . Remind you its been about 3 weeks since my hire date that ive been calling about starting for training . An employee informed me her process only took 3-4 days . I then asked for corporate and he refused .At that point i just denied the job . It was as if they were doing it purposely or just didnt see a need for me anymore . He even tried to question if i was actually the person( rudely )but with my birth certificate and identification card i dont see as to why he would even do such a thing. In all my 5 to 6 years of retail i never seen such a thing .

    I was at one of your stores in California. Which is located in Santa Anita mall. I was waiting in line waiting to pay . Which was a long line because only two people were working the cashiers. Understandable . My son had just finished drinking his bottle (he’s 10 months old) he got an upset tummy after drinking his milk so he ended up vomiting his milk which he got scared cause he was vomiting all over himself and he was in his stroller so I was trying my best to catch all his vomit with his blanket . Some of his vomit ended up l the floor it was very little too. There was young Asian women working there who was very helpful she ran to the back to get napkins and gloves so she can clean it . While I was trying to get my son to calm down and cleaning his vomit off him . I was also walking out the store because he was crying and screaming . One of the cashiers stop checking someone out and went to get me while I was walking out the store to tell me I have to clean up the vomit and made me walk back inside the store . She was very rude about the whole situation. Now my son is still crying and freaking out and I was brought back to clean a little throw up of milk while my son was having a panic attack cause he was scared and covered in his vomit. Mind you another employee told me it was fine she was going to clean it . You know how frustrating it was when this employee rudely tells me and makes me go back and clean his vomit . While I am cleaning it the other employee came and had already had towels and gloves to clean the mess she even said why are you cleaning it ? I told her that her coworker had made me come back to clean it . I was very unhappy the way the cashier handle the situation!

    My name is Jessica , I bought a pair of sandals last week at Zara in Staten Island,NY. I wore them for the first time today for 10 minutes & on one of my sandals the entire sole fell off! Didn’t bump into anything or cause damage, it just came off! Not anticipating returning these sandals, I through away my receipt last week! So I have no label on the sandals. I know your return policy ( it’s terrible) but this is a fault on Zara’s manufacturing of these shoes. I went to return them at the same store & they wouldn’t take them back because of no receipt! I’ve already spoke with customer service, who gave me a case number #95394981 . I’m attaching photos of the shoes. I just want store credit or reimbursement. This is ridiculous that I have to go through so many portals of Zara due to poor quality & poor customer service. Please get back to me!
