    I used to love going to family dollar, until the customer service quality went down an for the fact I cant even get a new pair of headphones for work. I literally just got them yesterday, they sold me broken ones, now I’m out of that money and the headphones. Super glad theres a Dollar General across the street. Very disappointed, when I worked here, we loved helping make towns peoples life better guess that’s not the point anymore. So sad..

    Ordered something from the family dollar website March 15,2021, item was supposed to be shipped to local store for pickup.Got the email that it was ready for pickup . And to this day I have not gotten it and neither customer service or the pickup store can tell me anything. And they can’t cancel my order . Worst experience ever!!!

    I went to The Family Dollar on 02/02/2021 around 9:45 p.m. they were closed, I went again on 02/03/2021 at 9:53 they were closed, so I am Looking at the open and close sign on the door, it’s specifically says it closes at 10:00 so this is an ongoing issue with this particular store.       To begin with, you don’t know your law or your civil rights. Secondly, you’re obviously a simplton, so let me make this easy to understand. Your civil rights end when they do or might infringe on another’s health, happiness or well-being. In the case of this pandemic, no one has the right, civil, God-given or otherwise to risk the health of others. There is nothing “civil” about being the bearer or spreader of a deadly disease. And no, there is no one who “can not” wear a face covering sufficient enough to block at least a cough or a sneeze. What a selfish idiot you are!

    I went to the Family Dollar at 1940 NW 39th, 73118 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. When I went inside the cashier was not wearing a mask and coughing in their hand….Covid-19 cases are on a rise once again here in Oklahoma. Our county currently has a mask mandate, and even the store had a no mask no entry policy that was obviously not enforced. I think that in these times right now things like this need to be reinforced to all employees including managers.

    I WENT TO THE FAMILY DOLLAR IN SMITHFIELD NC, 27577 LOCATED ON HWY 301. THE STORE WAS CLOSED TILL 12PM FOR INVENTORY. WHY WOULD YOU NOT DO INVENTORY AT NIGHT LIKE MOST BUSINESS’. I WAS THERE AT 12:45PM AND THEY WERE STANDING AROUND WITH THE DOOR LOCKED. ONE WAS COUNTING A BASKET AND THE OTHERW WERE WATCHING. I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL FOR MANY YEARS AND THERE WAS NO EXCUSE. IF YOU POST YOUR OPENING UP AT 12 NOON AND ITS 12:45PM THERES A PROBLEM. ALSO, I USE TO LOVE THIS STORE, BUT IT IS GOING DOWN HILL FAST AND LOOKS VERY JUNKY.

    My comment is to for human resources. I don’t understand why I am not getting any response on employment to work. I have provided all information required and was told I will be cleared for work. Ita been now 2monthes. The reason I’m am refusing to just let this go is I Really want to work ar this particle store because I see how Wonderful the staff is and the store manager is a person I would love to work beside.

    This is one of many complains of your Family Dollar store and which by the way I have never received any acknowledgement or response. I guess customers do not matter. I went again today because it is across the street from where I work. There was a long line. Only one resister. The manager strolling the store with cell phone in hand as always, mind you on speaker, talking away. The other two employees in the front by the register talking as well. Offering no help to the one cashier who was ringing up costumers. I hate this family dollar especially the so called manager who is always on her cell phone. She should work for a phone company. Why don’t you go undercover! You will see for yourselves! With so may people needing a job I am sure she can be replaced with a suitable manager that will give employees a good example of work ethics!     What good is it for your stores to post “You Must Wear A Mask” on your doors when the manager and employees do not enforce it.
    Twice I’ve gone to the FD here in Kearny Arizona, #6541, and several people, including the cashier, we’re not wearing a mask. No one said anything.
    Today, Sat. 8/22/20, I went up and 3 people plus the manager ( wearing hers under her chin) not wearing a mask.
    When I went to cash out I asked her what good was having the sign on the door if they weren’t going to enforce the safety measure.
    Her first reply was,, she wasn’t going to get slapped in the face. She then asked me why I didn’t say anything!
    I replied it wasn’t my store and she was the manager and it was her responsibility not mine.
    She ended by saying,” the last time she knew this was still a free country”
    Really? This is the type of people you want representing your business?
    This mentality is why we can never be rid of the virus.
    And by the way, Kearny’s Family Dollar is where one of our first cases showed up. It was one of your own employees who tested positive!

    I went to our new Family Dollar in Kansas City at 3508 NE Vivion Road, Kansas City, MO 64119. I am a high risk person and there were only a few cars there so I thought I would try it out. Actually when I got inside, the two girls working (they were at the counter) had their masks down around their chins, not covering their mouths or noses. They did walk away from the counter and went to look at something down one of the isles, walking past me with their masks still not covering their face. I grabbed a few things that I came in for and went to check out. When I checked out the checkout girl had her mask on but pulled it down to her chin to talk to me. In Clay County where this store is located, it is mandatory to wear masks in all stores. I feel that this was very unsafe at this time with the Corona virus and that this should be looked into. I will make sure to let everyone I know that they don’t wear masks in there so they can be prepared before going into that store.

      seems like not only customers violate Family Dollar Store (FDS) mask wearing policy, but so do the employees. And you wonder why the amount of people becoming sick is going up? The FDS in my neighborhood has a sign up that states “masks are required”, the employees wear theirs, but several times now I have been in the store and one or two white people are not wearing a mask. FDS Corporate don’t allow the sign to be enforced. Well, my health is more important than you making money off of dead people walking, Mr CEO of FDS. I will not shop in your stores again until you enforce your own mask policy.

      If everyone did this to show that black lives matter in solidarity then FDS and Dollar Tree will get their act together.

    I ve called the corp office on numerous occasions and no one answers the phone called the 704 number . this company is a joke dont ever work here and dont shop there either . told my supervisor at the Lancaster store in Ft Worth I had just gotten out of the hospital she told me I could more hours by going to the store on John t White . the manager there didnt like me and said I wasnt doing anything . this company is a joke . I hope they go out of business

    My name is Kim Harris, I live in Cincinnati Ohio.
    There is a Family Dollar store at 6541 Montgomery Rd
    Cincinnati Ohio 45213. I have spent thousands of dollars
    in this store over the years. Some of the employees are just nasty. I had a run in today with 2 African American Employees. They are rude one likes to order you around.
    I was checking out and the mop I was buying did not have a price on it. I ran to get another one that took 45 seconds.
    When I returned the cashier was ringing someone else up.
    The black lady standing next to the cashier ordered me to the back of the line. I was only gone 30 seconds. I told her I wasn’t waiting in line again. She said well then we won’t ring you up. She denied the mop didn’t have a price marked
    I would not have gotten another one. I should have walked out. There are some male cashiers who are nice. But these 2 woman are always nasty. She should have gotten me another mop. I am done going into this family dollar ever
    again. I was a good customer. The corporate people should
    come and look for themselves. I have never seen an employee ordering around customers.

    I sometimes go to the Family Dollar Store @ 1027 N. AZ Ave, Chandler AZ 85225. Each time I go, the manager (Juanita) is always rude to customers and employees. I have never heard her say a kind word to anyone or even smile. Perhaps she needs to take a refresher class on customer service.

    I visit family dollar on 233 new Orleans blvd Houma ,la 70364 on a Regular it happens to be one of my favorite stores up until yesterday 4-19-20 (noon) these two young women were working & I believe the one at the Register was the assistant managerThey were not very welcoming very disrespectful and unprofessional they they seem to be unhappy to even be at work Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had at this family Dollar and I will not be returning there something really needs to be done with those two

    So it’s just fine for your employees to travel and not self quarantine like you advised them to do so even though the store manager is well aware they have traveled and are not supposed to be working for 14 days I hope this matter can be dealt with without employees receiving retaliation I hope to hear back about the plan of action that will be taken against the employee and the store manager or I’ll be forced to whistleblow

    Highly upset I just made over a $40.00 purchase on 6 items, that were all clothing marked 50% off. Turns out I was charged full price for 3 out of my 6 items. So when I Began to put in my alternate ID# to save my $5 Coupon I Thought she had registered my alternate ID instead she went ahead and processes my payment without any additional coupons. In addition to poor customer service and inconsiderate gesture, I spoke calmly and asked her If I could would wait until she got done with the rest of her customers to do a return. She stated no returns until further notice due to Corona virus. Not to mention I haven’t even let the store also didn’t apply my coupon so therefore this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at the same location with the same person I deserve coupons and explanation just like anyone else.

    I went to the family dollar store at 2644 James in Memphis Tn on Sunday 2-09-2020. The Cashier was on her phone with the headphones on. Her attitude was so nasty as well as the mangers attitude. Tried calling corporate and the answering machine kept coming on. The Family Dollar at 2644 James Rd. in Memphis Tn is so nasty and customer service is a mess. After the customers complained about the garbage they did clean up BUT inside some of those nasty stores in some of our neighborhoods is unacceptable. Please send some undercover manager in some of these stores to see just how filthy they are. Shame on Family Dollar Store Corporate World. Family Dollar is loosing customers everyday because of the way your employees run the store and the way the store looks. Thank God for Dollar General, Walmart, Target, and other stores that value their customers.

    I went too your store on keystone in indianapolis and was assused of stealing I dont appreciate this at all I shop there on a daily basis I had bought some coffee at another store and a Male employee said I stole it he then put his hands on me if you dont do something about this I will file a police report and will call the news a out this I feel like I was singled out because of the was I was dressed he needs to be fired I dident catch his name but he is a older man in his late 50s or60s
