    HELL_O I just had some lumber delivered I live 10 minutes from the store. The price of the delivery I expected it to be delivered in a big limo. I live on a fixed income and waited for boards to go on sale, a lot of good that did. The delivery fee made the boards cost twice as much. It’s too bad the big companies think they rule the world. They want they want our business, but do they sell American products so we keep are jobs. These company’s buy forgien product, they are as bad as terriosts. Your company is destroying our company from within.

    I ordered a grill from the Avon Ohio Menards, I went to pick it up & did some shopping. I had a full cart, I asked the cashier if she could have the grill brought to me & she said no I had to go into the back of the store to pick it up. I said I have a cart full & cant possibly pick up a grill & push a cart full of merchandise, she just repeated I had to go to the back of the store, so I said I’ll ask customer service to help me, she said yes, ask therm. As I approached the customer service representative she walked away as I was saying “excuse me” so I said it again & got her attention. I asked if she could have the grill brought up and again was told I had to go to the back of the store to pick it up, again I mentioned the cart full of merchandise I had and asked isnt there anyone who can help me. She called someone on the phone & looked at me and very angrily said “I guess I’ll have to get it myself”. I have NEVER encountered so many employees in one place who are so openly rude and unhelpful to a customer. NOT one person in that store was polite or helpful. I will NEVER shop at Menards again.

    Hi this has been the worst service having a delivery of a garage kit & they can’t even give a timeframe of 8-12 or 1-4 just ALL DAY LONG & buying a garage kit from Menards never again will I buy a large ticket item from Menards. 1st website didn’t order the whole garage kit even though it was all in the shopping cart then a week later order was cancelled & we didn’t cancel it, then had to go into the store to reorder was there for 3+ hrs, then 2 wks ago got a call the kit was in but there is a problem no garage door we will keep you informed LOL no such luck I called the store on the 4/25 it has been in since 4/18 & no one called so they are now delivering with no phone call to give an estimate of time like any other places we have bought large ticket items from like Home Depot/Lowes/Sears/furniture/satellite installation they all give the customer a call in the am of the delivery date & give you a timeframe. Menards SUCKS at this I don’t care if it is an independent contractor or not they could be like other places especially if they want your business to contact with them instead of going to a competitor .

    Sorry to say your site needs help. Just looking for a bit that would cut ceramic fLOOR tile around a water closet floor flange.

    Forget the word departments and just list search this site for (roto zip cutting bits to cut ceramic floor tiles) After 5 tries I gave up and went to the HD site which gave me the info I needed, customer reviews positive and negitive.

    The biggest thing that turned this long time Menards customer off was haow hard it was to find a portal through which I could provide feedback to someone who knows what Continuous Improvement is and is passionate about growing it for their company. My wife will just need to start calling me Mr HD rather than Mr Menard’s. I like your rebate program and you discounts, but I don’t like your machines lack of concern for customer feedback.

    There is nothing to compensate for poor customer service. Nothing! Time is money! My time is very valuable to me, just as your is to you, Mr. Menard. Two of the supposed ‘supervisor/managers your Fargo, ND store (Rosa & Thia ) should not be in a managerial position. Absolutely not. You’re paying them to chase your customers away? They were on duty tonight (10/2/18). They haven’t a clue what good customer service is or how to retain good customers. Remember the saying “The customer is always right”..? They seem to get their kicks by having customers run around the store needlessly and then snob them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Menards over this past year and in previous years. I’ll pay the extra bucks and go to Lowes instead, Mr. Menard. I’ll also let my friends know how I was treated as well. As a grown woman, I have no time for childish, immature behavior. Mr. Menard. I recommend you choose your managers wisely or you’ll lose many a good customer. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this sort of irresponsible, unethical, condescending behavior from the Fargo staff. It’s a shame. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thank you!

    I wish to compliment, your employee Karen Walker she works in hardware store # 3523 Morton Grove Illinois. She was extremely knowledgeable and most of all helpful, polite, and had a great sense of humor. As she listened to what we needed she made us feel like we were family as well as friends.     I’m going to see if I can buy my water heater, not from Menard’s but rather from a company that actually cares to make sure the customer is served and happy. Here’s a note to Menard’s if they even care to read comments on their page: You lost a sale from me today and you can thank your own laziness and that of your customer reps for that!

    I just had an unimaginable response from customer support through emails. I explained the situation as one where my snail mail is a unit # 94 and my lot number is #460. Menard’s customer rep said not to include lot#460 and that’s where it needs to be delivered to!! She told me to instead just list my mailbox #!!!!! A resident had a water heater shipped to her home here at this association and it ended up being left at a lot # which corresponded to her unit#. That means she never received the delivery of the water heater she ordered! It sat outside in a box, in the elements to rust all the while the company she purchased it from, and the delivery service both took no responsibility for this problem. I explained in my form online on the Menard’s website that I did not want to go through the same situation. You see, it was just “left” on a deck and the delivery people did not seek a signature before leaving it there! The deck was private property and the homeowner there removed the shipping label to prove who it belonged to. The police were called and since there was no shipping label and the homeowner where it sat refused to admit they removed it, the law could do nothing to get this water heater back for the one who ordered it!! It actually took our board of trustees months more to get this homeowner to relinquish the water heater to the rightful owner! Months!!!! All the while it sat in the elements rusting!! All in all that water heater, sat there almost a total of 7 months! The person who owned the deck where it was left did not report it was there, to our business office at the association. So, from the company who sold it, to the delivery company, to the owner of the deck, none of them chose to do the right thing and take responsiblity for their part in all that!!!

    I purchased hardwood floors from Menards a couple of months ago and shouold have received a $120. rebate, well I never got it. I recieved the more meager amounts of rebates, though I sent them in after the first one for $120. Wh

    Menards will inform you that they do not have access to track your rebates. That you will have to contact rebate international.com and request information from them.
    Rebates from them can take 6-8 weeks.

    Hi I sent off a rebate with your company that I have not yet to receive I also, checked my tracking number that said the rebate was sent off on 12/05/17 I still haven’t received it yet I am deeply concerned about the company end of the bargain.
