    I am a member at your facility in Washington Pa. I am 63 and go 5 to 6 times a week.But something going on in there I do not care. There is a man basically running a business in your business as a personal trainer which people are paying him for. Our plant fitness has it own trainer and I have talked to him for suggestions on my work out. Very nice young man. { Jason} The part that bothers me is this other guy is using machines that people pay a monthly fee. I have yet to see him scan his card.Plus he has up to 3 people using the machine one after another . They are your machines and someone else is making a profit off your equipment. Sounds like a great little business no over,no machines to buy,no spray or paper towels. If this ok please let me i will advertise on facebook like he does. I do not want my name involved if you look into it. But it just not fare to your company or the others there.

    Hello my name is Tawanna Robinson I enrolled in the ACTIVE AGING FITNESS PROGRAM. This Program is not ACTIVE! The Manager is Unavailable and out of town. She FAILED to return calls and the Acting Manager was unable to answer ANY of my questions. Tried to contact Ms. Pam Cam (Case Management) her email don’t exist now. Her mail has been returned. Need someone to INVESTIGATE why the Planet Fitness on Silver Hill Road MD failed to have a BACK UP when an employee is out! Need someone to INVESTIGATE this matter and return my call as to what is going on. [email protected]

    At PF in Fenton, Mi. today, my husband (age 72) and myself (age 70) were confronted by a man (approx. age mid 40’s) about how we were using the 30 min. Circuit area. He and his wife immediately became confrontational and aggressive with my husband. A staff member was called to try to calm the situation. The staff appeared to care about what was occurring. We have been members for 3-4 years and have never experienced anything like this. My problem is that now I’m nervous about possibly facing a similar situation with these people. We feel for the safety of your members that this should not be brushed off. We feel the aggressive members should be clearly made aware that this type of behavior is not tolerated at your facility. We would also like a reply to this complaint and what steps are being taken to prevent this from reoccurring.

    My partner and I went to the new PF site at the Green Hills Plaza on South Salina St, Nedro NY to sign up for memberships, on Saturday 5 January 2019. It was surprising that they only sign up memberships with direct withdrawal from a checking account. This seemed odd as using a credit card for monthly billing is more secure for the customer. (The checking account was the claimed at the facility.) I urged caution but my partner was willing to go that route. Then they wanted a second source to bill if they could not direct bill on the checking account. It became very clear that the employees were given very little training. I started to question some of the add-on charges and the billing practices. Both the manager and the assistant manager were absent from the facility. Site was open less than ten days and it was clear that neither of the employees knew how to cancel the transaction. To credit the employees, they called the assistant manager as the store manager was not answering his phone all day. They were unable resolve the cancellation of the transaction with the assistant manager on the phone.

    The most troubling issue was the print out on the screen of the read that my partner would be liable for a “service fee” and the membership sign-up fee as well as having to buy out the contract for cancelling the voided membership.

    Trying to address this issue has been rather tiresome. Perhaps this will get someone’s attention. You may have an attitude free zone for the gym but there is a serious lack of training being given to your employees and the funcitonality of the front end is pathetic and lacking. There is no ability to print copies of membership cancellation for the customers.

    Has Planet Fitness considered sanitation wipes versus the brown paper and spray? By the time I get to the machine after spraying the towel, the towel is dry. How many users are actually using the two steps versus one step. Can you please consider buying sanitation wipes.     david attaway the gm i agree bw this dude approached me with an attitude told me i can only stay on the equipment more than 60 seconds with an attitude but did not say anything to the girl sitting on equipment for a long time playing on her phone for along time hes the reason me and my mom quit

    I was told that in order to participate in the 30 minute circuit program area , I will HAVE to do all of the steps or do none!!! How can anyone tell me or others how to govern their own program. Not meaning with a staff or trainer. My own workout. Rude mangers at GOLDSBORO PLANET FITNESS!!!

    I have been trying to reach Nicholas Burnett, the club manager in Yukon Oklahoma. I have emailed him several times with no response. I paid for a membership for a year, but I never went because I developed a medical condition that prevented me from doing so. I am trying to get a refund on my membership. I tried to cancel it but was told I would have to pay a fee.
