When you compare your really-good commercials, in the past, beside the ones you are currently running, how in hell can you possibly think these newer ones are ANYTHING but absolutely putrid!!!!!!!!!!!! You suck eggs!!!!!!!!!! And which one of you morons in your company thought the ad agency who put forth the really stupid commercials, the most recent ones, hit the nail on the head??????? Were they/you on drugs? You need a new ad agency, or go back to the one that did the ones that were really good, e.g., the ones with the squirrels in the road, the one with the camel, the one with the woman who called her son about the squirrels. Did the ad agency who did these change employees, or did someone, who was an IDIOT in your company think these most recent ones were good. If so, he/she should be summarily FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER purchase my insurance from your company all because of your most recent STUPID ADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to be a customer.

I was in a auto accident 2/4/2019. Young lady was given the right away, but chose to turn left in front of me. I’m coming down a hill, already on my brake. She said, I’m sorry, I tried to beat you. The next day, I am told she is at fault get my car fixed. I have no rental or collision. My car is running hers is not. She disputed that, within 2 hours, everything was locked up, information wise, no one contacted. me. The next day I am told its 50/50. I will never accept that. I have the police report and it clearly states she is at fault. 5 days later, nothing, so I have no alternative but to contact legal counsel. I have been with Geico for years, careful driver because everyone in this county drives horribly bad. Young college kids think they own the road. What turned out to be a minor accident is a full blown event now. I have been treated so bad, if the other party had had another insurance you better believe Geico would have fought for me then. Run from Geico, I actually believe her parents are big wigs somewhere, easy to be under mommy and daddy’s policy.

Me and my other military veteran buddies are highly curious of the background behind your “proudly served the armed forces for over 75 years” commercial we see every day. We need some clarification, because as we see it, either you provide a service for the military that you don’t provide for non-military, or you are intentionally deceiving people into thinking you do something special for the armed forces. To my knowledge, NO BUSINESS excludes the military from buying their product, so what does GEICO do differently for the military that every other business doesn’t do? Selling your product to customers is NOT “proudly serving”. So unless you have some specifics on how you are “serving” the military, we will have to assume you are exploiting the name of the armed forces to sell your product, which is not a “service” but an extreme “disservice” which we will all do our best to expose. We patiently await your clarification, thank you.

I have a gieco customer in my shop for almost two months. She had a accident 3-2-2018 the worst day of the year, she spun out getting off the expressway. Brian a idiot supervisor decided he wanted to investigate this claim, so he gave it to the special investigative unit. after a month they found nothing wrong with with this claim , It is a retired sergeant car. Now after almost two months they still have not picked up the car from my body shop, now they are blaming my body shop, saying our charges that are posted on the wall are to high. They did pay her for the total loss, and still charging he for insurance, she lives in florida, and brian a make believe supervisor geico who you can,t even get on the phone took her rental away, so she could not go to the doctors, no buses where she lives . This is a disgrace. CLAIM#0091169680101246 I am in the collision business 45 years i have never seen a worst insurance company.

Our policy was cancelled a couple months ago, although GEICO agreed to honor all open claims.

We have a covered vehicle for which there is still an open claim(s) – 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 – which has been in a local repair shop since November 2017.

The repair amounted to a damaged bumper – one piece, which we were told was ‘on order’ by the local repair shop (a couple months now). We have since been informed by the shop that a part of the bumper was damaged at a different time, and a second claim would needed to be submitted before they could make repairs.

Why haven’t we heard from you??????

Why are we being charge $500 deductible twice for the SAME PART?????

Is our vehicle being held HOSTAGE until we pay another $500 for the SAME PART?????

If you had not cancelled our policy, we surely would have ourselves. Your organization takes our money ‘Johnny on the spot!’ BUT continues to have problems with claims – late response, no action at all, double-dipping, no contacts, emails, calls, etc.
