    Hi team,

    One of your team members has cheated me around 35000 INR currency. Including he haven’t told anything before booking the mobile phone. As I was chooses EMI option and the executive told me we have an EMI option, after booking mobile phone he saying again we don’t have any EMI option.

    Including still I haven’t received any mobile till now but the executive saying again you need to pay again 50000 INR currency to the given banking details.

    Sorry to say as I was raised police complient from Indian government very soon you will get that one..

    Hi I’m emailing you to ask you do you have any suspicions that your 5G could be creating a Coronavirus it’s all over Facebook that there’s possibilities and I can tell you how I look at it there sure is possibilities the frequency is so high on 5G it is able to make people fall over and get flu-like symptoms look at Australia and they discovered where all these little towers were that we’re making people sick but it seems no one will listen to you that this whole thing could be caused by 5G but then the cruise ships that’s the investigation that I what correlate that it could be 5G because the boats at 5G it started in Wuhan China where’d that was the first place they tested 5G and then it wrinkles to the insides of these areas just like anything radioactive wood even your microwaves they tell people with defibrillator pacemakers don’t get near them because it does have a radiation Factor like 60 megahertz but you’re 5G is so much faster than all that if you found out that the Coronavirus was the result in Fault of Verizon would you stop the 5G sure there’s probably a lot of people this doesn’t affect but again it’s sure affects the elderly with immunity systems problems well I said enough it’s very easy to figure out about 5G in the Coronavirus and even those people that they took off the boats on the cruise ships there were no correlation where that was ever brought on five 5G shifts ships please look into this and if you are responsible and most likely you’ve looked into this already a million times and you know for a fact that I can’t correlate it at least a million people think we can correlate this then it must be 5G please take down these Towers to say in save the world

    I am a Verizon wireless customer and have been for over 25 years. I also hold stock in Verizon. I note with interest that almost all carriers including Verizon are currently offering specials witch include reduced rates and new phones if one will change carriers. I have called and tried chatting on your web site and no one can answer my question. I have also tried at several stores and other venders. MY question is vert simple.

    What is Verizon going to do to keep me as a customer when other carriers are enticing me with savings?

    I have the phone and internet bundle and my bill seems to go up every other month. I was never told when I joined Verizon that you were going to have coupons and each month they expire and cause me to pay more money. My bill is $74.00 and some change and I was told that my bill will go up in February because a coupon which I was never told about is going to expire. This is a rip-off.

      I know exactly how you feel. I signed up for a 2 year package deal with autopay for 148.00 and less than 2 months in I receive a text message thanking me for my payment of 306.00 and some change. I was told what I signed up for was the Introductory price which was only for 60 days, they also promised to pay my last bill which they now refused to do . I explained to them about what the rep that signed me up told my and all they could say was I’m sorry. I was pissed, why would I switch from comcast where I was paying less for better service to now pay them more for less quality service. RIP-OFF and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, so I filed a compliant with the BBB

    This company uses Fiserv Inc that goes into your banking company and stops all online future payments. Verizon works hand in hand with them and I don’t know how legally they get away with this practice? I was never ever late on any payments. When I canceled my acct, I was told that I had two acts that I didn’t know about , only thought I had one acct, I was advised I had NOTHING DUE when I closed acct. the next thing I ask for paper bill, never came, them they suspended my bill pay on my bank acct. UNLESS I PAY THEM this is extortion.
